Meditation With Angel Michael

In this meditation, you will meet Angel Michael and get his assistance to awaken love, compassion, and forgiveness towards yourself. By doing that you can awaken healing from inside and become a beacon of light for the entire world.

Welcome everyone.

Today we are going to do meditation with the angel Michael,

One of the most popular,

Most famous angels there are.

Michael is recognized by all religions and traditions as one of the most important archangels and Michael is the angel of mercy,

The angel of love,

The angel of compassion,

The angel of sharing.

He's representing the energy of sharing and giving.

The color that represents him is the white color,

The color of sharing.

And one of the things I love most about angel Michael is that he can help us with awakening love and compassion towards ourselves.

And I think this is one of the most important things that there are.

So let's begin.

Please sit with your feet on the ground and cross your arms and your legs and lift your eyes 45 degrees above the field of vision and close them.

And take a deep cleansing breath in and out.

Allow yourself to sink into your chair and relax.

Breathe in again and breathe out.

And gather yourself,

Gather your energy into your heart.

Allow yourself to be present,

To be in this moment.

Leave behind all thoughts and worries for these few moments.

Just follow my voice and relax your entire body from the top,

Your face and your neck and your arms.

Relax your abdomen and your legs all the way down.

And see roots coming out of your feet and going into the ground,

Down and down and down.

And these roots are grounding you deeply and allowing you to connect to the power of the earth.

And take another deep breath in,

See light coming from the core of the earth all the way up to the top of your head.

Hold it there for a moment and breathe out.

And one more time,

Breathe in,

See light from the core of the earth going up and up to the top of your head.

Hold it there for a moment and breathe out.

And one more time,

See the light coming from the core of the earth going up the roots,

Up through your body,

All the way up to the top of your head.

Hold it there for a moment and breathe out.

And now you see yourself completely surrounded by white light circling around you,

Protecting you like a big cocoon of light.

And see yourself walking in a field,

Beautiful,

Natural surrounding.

The sun is shining,

It's warm and there's a light breeze.

You're feeling very happy,

Relaxed.

And from above you see a beautiful giant angel coming down with these beautiful wings and welcoming you to come closer.

He's embracing you.

This is the great archangel,

Michael.

His name means who is like God.

And that name is teaching you that the Creator created everything in this world.

There is nothing that is more powerful than the power of the Creator.

And therefore there is no negativity in this world that cannot be overcome by the power of the light.

And Michael wants to take you on a little journey.

You're flying up and up with him,

Going up and up and up into the air,

Into another realm in which you are standing on the ground,

Surrounded by beautiful lights of different colors.

And Michael wants you to look at yourself.

Like looking at a movie,

You are on the outside and in front of you,

You see yourself floating in the air.

And Michael is asking you,

Where in your life do you not approve of yourself?

It may be your achievements,

The way you look.

It may be relationships in your life,

Or your work,

Your parents or children.

And he's asking you what aspects in your life are you not happy with?

In what ways are you judging yourself?

You might even be hating yourself.

And he wants you to bring it up to the surface right now.

He wants you to feel it.

And now he's asking you another question.

What parts of your body are experiencing pain or sickness or not functioning the way they should?

And see all of these places,

Like black spots all around your body and all around your being.

All of those places in which you don't approve of yourself.

All of those places you are not happy with yourself.

All of those places you hate yourself.

And all of those places in the physical body where you have pain or lack or sickness.

And now,

Michael is telling you,

The power to heal is through self-acceptance,

Self-love and compassion.

It is important for you to understand that nobody came into this world perfect.

We all come into this world broken in one way or another.

And this is the beauty in this world.

We can all correct what is broken.

We can mend ourselves slowly,

Slowly and with a lot of love.

Hating ourselves is not going to correct anything.

Blaming ourselves,

Judging ourselves,

It's only giving power to our dark side.

And there is nothing more powerful than the light of the Creator.

This is the name of Michael who is like the Creator.

There is no darkness in this world that the light of the Creator cannot win.

And this is one of Michael's jobs to help us overcome darkness,

The darkness that is within us.

And now with the power of Michael and with your power,

The amazing soul that you are,

Start looking at all those black spots and see them turning from black to white,

To beautiful,

Bright,

White light.

And see how you can love yourself.

You are a beautiful and unique soul.

You came to reveal a light that no one else can.

And you reveal this light through the darkness.

See all the self-hatred and judgment disappear,

Fill up with compassion and patience and love toward yourself.

And see pain,

Ailment,

Sickness disappear together with those negative emotions.

See yourself floating in the air,

Filled with bright,

White light.

And this light is now expanding outside of your body,

Expanding to the people you love,

To your family,

To the people in your city,

Expanding and expanding to the people of your country and to the entire world.

When you love yourself,

When you accept yourself,

Your light will shine through the entire universe.

And now together with the angel Michael,

Take the trip back to the beautiful field.

And before you say goodbye to him,

He's telling you,

If you ever feel faced by the darkness,

By fears,

By anxieties,

Call me.

I'm always there for you.

And embrace him one more time.

And now he's spreading his beautiful wings and flying to the upper world.

And start walking back in the field,

Back into your space.

Feel the great light that fills you right now.

The light of love,

The light of compassion,

The light of forgiveness.

Anything that you see as darkness in your life can be transformed when you really want to change it.

You have the power to do that.

And I'm going to count now from one to five to come back to the here and now.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

And you can open your eyes.
