Heal Yourself With Angel Raphael

Welcome!

Today's meditation is going to be with Angel Rafael,

The famous Angel of Healing.

We're going to go and meet this powerful angel and have a healing experience for ourselves and for anyone else that we love and we want to include.

So let's begin.

Put your feet on the ground,

Uncross your arms and lift your eyes 45 degrees above the field of vision and close them and take a deep letting go breath in and out.

Another deep breath in and out.

And start relaxing the top of your hand,

Your forehead,

The muscles of your face,

Your neck and shoulders relax,

Your arms all the way down to your fingertips relax,

Your back and your spine relax,

Your belly relaxed,

Your hips and your legs all the way down to the tip of your toes are relaxed.

And imagine that you have roots that are going down into the ground,

Down and down all the way down to the core of the earth and see yourself connected to the center of the earth through your feet and to the center of the universe through the top of your head.

And take a deep breath in and as your lungs expand see the entire universe expand with them and breathe out and again breathe in see the entire universe expanding and breathe out.

One more time deep breath in see the entire universe expanding with you and breathe out.

Now see a beautiful white light traveling from the core of the earth through your feet all the way up to the top of your head and this light is forming a beautiful ball and this ball of light is now expanding and expanding growing and growing until it completely surrounds you like a beautiful cocoon of light.

And see yourself now walking in a beautiful middle very relaxing very calm.

You feel the grass under your feet.

You hear the birds and the wind through the branches of the trees.

And a beautiful big dove is now coming closer to you from the air landing down and it's inviting you to climb up its back and go with it on a journey.

You are coming closer and you climb in the back of the dove.

You find a comfortable position and now the dove is spreading its wings and it's flying up and up in the air leaving behind the middle and the forest going up and up and up.

Traveling through the sky,

Through the planets,

Through many layers of energy until it arrives to a beautiful place and softly landing down.

And you are climbing down its back looking around you see many different colors many different shapes.

And at a distance you see a bright light.

You are walking towards it.

You can see that it's an angel.

And as you come closer you see that it's a big beautiful angel with shiny silver wings.

This is Angel Efael,

One of the most powerful archangels.

And he is welcoming you,

Opening his arms to embrace you.

You are feeling so much love and compassion.

Efael is the angel of healing,

Healing in every level,

Our body,

Our mind,

Our emotions,

Our soul.

And you are now walking together and Efael is telling you that every human in this planet,

In this life has something that they need to heal.

It could be pain in our body,

It could be a disease,

It could be mental healing,

Emotional healing,

Healing from trauma.

But the Creator created this beautiful force of healing in the universe that is available to all.

Yes,

We need to go through a process,

We need to learn,

We need to transform.

But we also need to know that we are loved,

That we are beautiful,

That we are wonderful just the way we are.

And that we can be healed.

You may have questions about this.

You may think it's impossible.

You may think,

I just don't know how to do it.

And Efael is saying,

I'm here to help.

And he is now putting his hands on the top of your head.

And you can see green colored light coming through his hands into the top of your head.

And this light is now spreading out from the top of your head through your entire head.

You are feeling warmth that is coming with this beautiful green light.

And it is penetrating into the cells of your body,

Each and every cell,

One by one.

Becoming filled with this beautiful green light.

And it's going through your entire head,

Your face,

Down to your neck,

Cell by cell.

It's lighting up with green,

Beautiful healing light.

And it's now going down to your shoulders,

Down through your arms,

Your hands,

All your fingers.

And down your back,

Your spine,

Your chest.

And this light is now coming to your heart,

Cell by cell,

Lightening up your heart,

Your lungs,

Your stomach,

Your guts and your liver,

Your kidneys and all the internal organs.

Each and every cell in your body becoming warm and filled with this beautiful green light.

And it's going down through your sacrum,

Each and every organ,

Each and every bone,

Each and every muscle.

Down through your hips,

Your knees,

Your calves and all the way down to your toes.

Your entire body is now feeling warm,

Calm,

Comfortable and filled with this beautiful green healing light.

And for this moment you don't even feel you are in a body,

You feel you are just a spirit.

Light as an angel,

Dancing around.

You feel happy,

Free.

There is nothing that is stopping you.

This is a great time to invite in anyone that you know that needs the light of healing right now.

If it's healing for their body,

Their emotions,

Healing from trauma,

Think about them and invite them in and let them become wrapped around with this beautiful green healing light.

And send them lots and lots of love.

And when you see them smiling,

Floating within this light,

Say goodbye to them.

And now see how this beautiful healing light is expanding way beyond your body,

Through your soul,

Your emotions,

Your consciousness,

Your thoughts.

And all of it is becoming filled with this green healing light.

You can wiggle your toes.

Stretch your shoulders.

Three.

Four.

Five.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.
