Hi everyone.
Today we are going to meditate and connect with the angel Yofiel and his name means the beauty of God.
And we are going to talk about the beauty of our soul,
The beauty of the process that we are going through.
And I hope you enjoy this meditation.
So please sit with your feet flat on the floor,
Relax in your chair and uncross your arms.
And lift your eyes 45 degrees above the field of vision and close them.
And take a deep breath in and out.
Become aware of the surface beneath you.
Sink into the chair.
Start relaxing your body from the top of your head.
Relax the muscles of your face,
Your neck and shoulders.
Relax your chest and your abdomen,
Your hips and your legs all the way down to your feet.
Sink and relax.
And see that your feet have roots that go down into the ground,
Down and down,
All the way down to the core of the earth.
And you are connecting to the earth,
To all the power,
Support,
Wisdom that it has for you.
And for the next few moments we are going to breathe deeply in and out.
And with every breath in,
Imagine white light coming from the core of the earth going up through the roots to the top of your head.
And when you breathe out,
Let go of all the negativity from within your body.
Start with breathing in,
See the light going up through the roots,
Through your body to the top of your head.
Hold it there for a moment and breathe out.
Let go of all fears and worries.
And again,
Breathe in.
Let the light go up to the top of your head.
Hold it there for a moment.
And breathe out any tension,
Anything you are holding back.
And one more time,
Breathe in,
See the light from the core of the earth going up through the roots,
Through your body,
All the way up to the top of your head.
Hold it there for a moment and breathe out.
Let it all go.
And you are now feeling filled with the light,
With the beautiful bright light all over your body and all around you.
You see the light swirling around you,
Keeping you safe.
You are feeling relaxed and excited.
And now see yourself walking in a very calm and relaxing place.
It can be anywhere,
A place that you love and been before or a new place.
Just walk,
Feel the ground beneath your feet.
You've seen a cloud.
Step up and sit on it.
You can actually lie down on it.
You can just let yourself relax.
Don't think about anything.
Just follow my voice.
And the clouds start going up and up into the sky.
You're feeling very light,
Completely weightless and the cloud keeps going up and up and up.
You see the earth becoming smaller and smaller.
And you're going up into space,
Seeing the planets.
And it keeps going up and up through layers of energy.
Through the upper walls,
Different dimensions.
And finally,
The cloud is landing in a beautiful place.
You see all around you lights,
Many different colors,
Beautiful shapes.
And you get up from the cloud and start walking.
You get to a door and you lift it from the bottom up like a garage door.
And in the other side of this door,
There's a beautiful angel.
He's smiling to you and all of his being is shining in many different colors.
Beautiful colors.
And he's welcoming you and embracing you.
This is the angel your feel the beauty of God.
You're so excited to be with him.
You feel his loving,
Caring energy,
Supportive energy,
Forgiving energy.
And he's telling you there's no need to worry about anything.
It's all part of the process.
Your soul is a part of the creator.
And therefore,
God is part of you.
And the beauty of God is the beauty of your soul.
You may not be perfect right now.
No one is perfect.
But we are all in a process.
We're in a process of removing the layers of our ego,
The layers of negativity.
And revealing more and more the true beauty,
The true light of our soul.
In the same way that a light lamp is covered with many layers of cloth.
You may not see the light right now.
But nevertheless,
The light is still shining.
And this is our soul.
Our work in this life is to peel the layers.
Every day,
We can look at ourself and decide what we want to change.
We don't need to hate ourselves.
We don't need to feel shame and guilt.
We just need to continue going.
Remember who we truly are.
And continue with this process of peeling the layers.
And your fear is showing you how you can peel your own layers.
And through this,
How much light and how much beauty there is inside of you.
Take a moment to just feel the true essence of your soul,
Let it shine,
See its beauty,
See its power.
Think about areas in your life,
People in your life that you want to give more light to.
But you have been unsure of yourself,
Not trusting yourself.
You think you're not good enough.
Let it all go now.
Let yourself shine,
Let yourself connect to who you truly are and what you can give to others.
What your fear is telling you,
Now it's time for you to go back and take these lessons into your life.
Remember who you really are.
Remember the beauty of your soul.
And remember the process is also beautiful.
And I appreciate who you were,
Who you are and who you're going to become.
And it's time to say goodbye.
Embrace your fear one more time.
And he's spreading his wings and flying up.
And you are walking back to the cloud sitting on it.
And the cloud is starting a journey back down through layers of energy and dimensions.
And down through the planets and the earth is becoming bigger and bigger.
And you're softly landing in a beautiful place you were before and starting to walk back to where you are and to your body.
Take a moment to observe how you're feeling.
To become aware of your breath.
You're feeling lighter,
More calm,
More connected to your soul.
