Welcome to today's meditation.
We're going to meditate and connect with the angel Shoshiel.
Please sit with your feet on the ground,
Uncross your arms,
Lift your eyes 45 degrees above the field of vision and close them and take a deep cleansing breath in and out.
Start to relax the muscles in your body from your head.
Relax the muscles of your face,
Your neck and your shoulders.
Relax your arms,
Your abdomen.
Your legs all the way down to your feet.
And imagine that you have roots that are growing from your feet,
Going down into the ground,
Down and down,
All the way down to the core of the earth.
And you're feeling connection to the energy and the power of the earth.
And a beautiful white light is coming up from the core of the earth,
Going up and up through your legs,
Through your abdomen,
Your shoulders and arms,
All the way up to the top of your head.
Feel your body filled with light.
And now take a deep breath in,
Drawing energy from the core of the earth,
All the way up to the top of your head.
And breathe out.
And again,
Breathe in and see all the light and blessings you want in your life,
Coming into your body.
And when you breathe out,
Share this light with those who need it.
And again,
Breathe in,
Peace and sustenance,
Health and love,
Everything you want and need.
And breathe out,
Share it with those who need these blessings.
And one more time,
Breathe in light and energy,
And breathe out,
Share this light with the entire world.
And see yourself walking by a beach.
It's a beautiful day,
The sun is shining,
And there's a light,
Cool breeze,
And you feel the water under your feet as you walk.
You feel very safe and serene.
And in front of you,
There's a ladder that goes up into the sky.
Walk towards it,
And start climbing up the ladder.
No need to be afraid,
It's very safe.
And as you're climbing up,
There's a light shining from the top,
And you keep going up and up and up.
And when you reach the top,
A very bright golden light,
And there's a door,
You lift the door from the bottom up like a garage door,
And you walk inside the light.
And here,
You see a beautiful big angel,
Smiling at you,
Welcoming you.
The name of this angel is Xochiel,
Which means God is my root.
And he wants to help,
He wants to teach,
He wants to explain to you that everything that happens in our life is rooted with the light force of the Creator.
You might have a situation that looks very dark.
There might be other people in your life that are going through darkness.
And this angel is showing you how everything,
No matter how bad it looks or how dark it looks,
Is rooted with the light force of the Creator.
The Creator always put things in our life to help us grow,
To help us learn,
To help us transform into who we were meant to become.
The Kabbalists are teaching that there's no revelation of light without darkness.
There's no good without bed.
There's no day without night.
And those things in our life that might look difficult,
Sad,
Heartbreaking,
There's always a reason.
And when we change our consciousness,
When we change the way we perceive them,
Our reality can also change.
Shoshiel,
The angel,
Wants to help you be stronger,
Help you elevate your consciousness to that level.
And he's putting his hands over your head and you feel warmth and energy,
Golden energy,
Coming into your body,
Giving you strength,
Giving you certainty,
Helping you see the root in everything,
Even in yourself.
We are all souls and the root of our souls is the light force of the Creator.
When we see this,
When we understand this,
We can be stronger.
We can have the right consciousness and certainty to face any situation in our life.
You are feeling yourself becoming more and more connected to the Creator,
To the universe.
You are feeling your roots growing and becoming stronger.
And take all this light,
All this energy that you are feeling right now and sprinkle it over your life,
Over every area in your life,
Any area that needs support,
Any area in which you need strength.
And share this energy with people that are close to you,
Your family,
Your friends,
People that might experience darkness right now.
And this can help them be stronger.
And now it's time to go back.
Take the angel Shoshien and embrace him one more time.
He's always there for you when you need to remember this.
And start walking back through the door and down the ladder,
Going down and down,
Back to the beach,
Walk back and come back into your body.
You are feeling stronger.
You are feeling your consciousness is more elevated.
You are feeling that you are bringing all this energy into every area in your life.
