
Release Judgment, Return To Love

In this guided meditation, through conscious breathing, we will deeply ground into Mother Earth to release all judgment. Where we will access Clarity and return back to our true essence... which is LOVE.
Transcript
Take a comfortable seat.
Make any last minute adjustments to get yourself as comfortable as possible.
Turn the palms of your hands to face down on your legs.
Let your thumbs and index fingers lightly touch and let the rest of your fingers extend outwards.
This hand mudra is a gesture of wisdom bringing an enhanced concentration for our mind.
Gently rise up through your spine into the crown of your head.
Softly close your eyes and feel the support of the ground beneath you.
Start the process of witnessing.
Witness the way your body is positioned in space.
Observe too the way your hips naturally descend into whatever you're sitting on.
Feel a gravitational pull downwards.
Witness your breathing.
Notice the way your breath gently flows in through your nose and out.
Let all of the muscles in your face relax.
Mouth is softly closed.
Lower jaw is nice and loose.
As you observe your breath,
Notice how its pace automatically begins to slow.
Listen to your breath's sweet sound.
As we listen to ourselves breathe,
We start to listen on a deeper level.
This is our wisdom speaking and as a result there is a very supportive feeling that's felt.
Just a few moments here letting all of the energy of you begin to collect.
Every problem that we face in our lives can be solved through the eyes of love.
Yet we are only human and of course it's part of being human to judge.
Our work however is in the catching of ourselves when this occurs.
This is how we become the observer of our experiences.
To raise our level of awareness and see through the lens of our higher mind.
As we station ourselves within our sacred hearts,
We reconnect to the divine within to remember this grace is always what provides us with direct access to our wisdom.
Continue to breathe consciously.
Pay close attention to your breath's audible and resonant sound.
Follow your breath as it travels down your throat,
Into your belly where it circulates and spreads throughout the whole shape of you.
Continue to observe your breath's path and process for just a few moments.
Going a step further,
Let the length of your inhalations equal the length of your exhalations where you are cultivating an evenness in your breathing.
Keeping a soft sound in your breath the whole time.
Notice as you cultivate a steadiness within your breathing how this quality of steadiness is organically emerging from your inner spaces.
Balanced breathing equals a balanced inner state.
A sweet collection of your own energy.
Now bring your right hand up to gently rest on the right side of your body.
Softly breathe in through your right lung.
Softly breathe out through your right lung.
Now lift your left hand up to gently rest on the left side of your body.
Softly breathe in through your left lung.
Softly breathe out through your left lung.
Release your hands down and turn both palms to face up,
Joining thumbs and index fingers.
Silently inhale.
Silently exhale.
Once again very quietly inhale.
Quietly exhale.
Staying with gentle breathing,
Allow all expressions of your mind to descend all the way down into your foundation.
Into your hips,
Legs,
Feet.
Sense a weightiness that's occurring throughout your entire lower body.
Let your lower body receive the breath as well.
Again,
Soft and gentle breathing.
As we create space in our minds in this way,
We are efficiently sourcing all thoughts and feelings as energy.
To deeply ground into and through.
To access clarity and remember that no problem can be solved from our minds perspective.
Feel the emptying of your mind.
Witness here a neutral mind where you are once again lovingly commanding the energy of you and returning back to your true essence.
Keeping a gentle awareness at your foundation,
Allow the entire lower half of your body to anchor more deeply into Earth.
As we deeply anchor into the Earth,
We remember that we are all being held and supported by her.
Where once again,
We feel safe.
Mother Earth is holding all of humanity.
She is also holding all of the pain,
Sorrow,
And grief of our world as well.
She is holding the joy and the triumphs too.
It is through this remembrance that we give gratitude.
We say thank you to Mother Earth for holding all.
Where we can relax and let go even more within ourselves.
This work of grounding creates a safe space for our bodies to reside.
Sense a palpable release in process.
Notice if you can breathe a little deeper.
Notice if you feel softer.
Observe any other subtle openings that are occurring within your experience.
As we inwardly claim these openings,
We expand on a deeper level.
Notice how this sense of internal spaciousness is waking up your intuitive capacities.
Listen very carefully with all of your senses to this beautiful quiet within you.
Where your wisdom is emerging.
Find your way into your Sacred Heart.
Land there and fully inhabit this whole space.
Feeling very connected to your heart and knowing there is nothing more beautiful than when we are connected to our hearts.
This is the true meaning of grace.
It is through this release that we can now hold in the light of love that which feels challenging for us.
We know judgment hurts.
We also know that whenever we find ourselves in a place of judgment,
This is an invitation to pause and become present with all.
We inwardly ask,
Why is this resistance here?
For this is simply another beautiful opportunity to let love prevail.
Love does not judge.
And as we expand our awareness,
We remember that love always heals all.
Feel a pronounced sense of strength.
Reflect now on the situation that's causing you pain.
Here we hold this context with much compassion.
To listen with a tender heart.
A few moments to softly breathe and allow of all.
Again,
Breathing softly and gently,
Let your eyes deepen into the sockets of your skull.
Let compassion flood and fill every part of your tired mind,
Where through it you receive deep,
Deep nourishment.
Allowing any thoughts that are not supportive and loving to be washed through this healing compassion.
Let your whole brain soften to release all judgment and return back to love.
Judgment free,
Thus so quiet,
Calm,
Restful.
Soaking in this stillness,
Notice the beautiful state of your mind.
To close,
Rest your awareness within the center of your mind,
Where here you hold space for more insights to be received in just the right timing.
Sense how there is a clear merging of mind to heart and heart to mind,
Where compassion is pervading your whole space.
A beautiful softening throughout.
Fold your hands in prayer in front of your heart and gently bow your head from your belly,
Deeply anchor into the heart of Mother Earth.
And from your heart,
Elegantly rise up towards Father Sky for touching this peace inwardly smile in deep reverence.
To the gift of this practice we humbly bow and to all who will benefit from your beautiful presence today.
As you softly open your eyes,
Notice if the way you are receiving the world around you has changed.
