Sit comfortably.

Gently rest your hands on your legs with your palms facing down.

Lightly press your hands into your legs to lengthen your spine such that you're sitting up nice and tall.

Take a deep full breath in and as you exhale softly close your eyes.

Welcome several pleasurable breaths in through your nose and gently out.

Keep your mouth closed yet release your lower jaw.

With each breath you take allow your body to become more still,

Quieter.

Drop your attention down into the region of your lower body.

Let your foundation be filled with bright radiant light.

Allow this light to support you in deeply anchoring into the earth.

Through your inner vision see the most beautiful healing clear blue waters surrounding your space enveloping you and holding you.

These pristine waters are filled with love and kindness.

Let these waters nourish you where the energy of you begins to flow freely and you feel a lightness of being,

An expansiveness of freedom.

Smile as you settle more deeply into this one moment.

Bring your left hand to gently rest on your heart yet keep your chin level with the floor creating a clear passageway for your breath to easily pass.

Now as you breathe highlight the space in between your inhalations and exhalations.

As we bring our attention into this space we organically open.

Stay with this way of breathing for several rounds while keeping a soft awareness in between the components of your breath.

Gently release your hand down.

Pause and observe how beautifully your body is responding to your experience.

Our bodies love being directed by our mind in this self-honoring way.

Breathing deeply let your whole brain soften.

Whenever we focus on the nuances of our breathing we activate the parasympathetic nervous system where our heart rate slows.

This has a calming effect on the body because our mind gets a rest from all the fixing and the solving and automatically we let go.

Only to be reminded that we have so much to be grateful for in presence.

Remembering the profundity of the moment and the blessing of being here now.

Going a step further lift your left hand up and gently place it on the top of your skull at the crown of your head.

Then lift your right hand up and softly wrap it across the back of your neck at your cervical spine.

With the tender support of your hands let your head and neck completely release in towards your heart.

Through gentle breathing feel the feeling of letting go fully and completely.

Yet the whole time keep a subtle awareness within the space between inhalation and exhalation.

Here we are encouraging a release of our nervous system.

Can you sense an untying of all inner knots?

And the beauty in all of this is that our mind strengthens as well.

Just a few more moments here.

Very gently release your hands down.

Yet this time turn both palms to face up on your legs with your thumbs and index fingers lightly touching.

Notice a deeper level of softening occurring throughout all of you.

A sweet and deep release.

Your heavenly body receiving the gift of your very own breath.

We all have energetic imprints that reside deep within ourselves that can hinder us from giving and receiving love.

This is our body's way of trying to protect itself from pain.

Yet if we do not address these imprints this can influence our behavioral patterns and the way we are.

The way we heal ourselves is by attending to ourselves.

Giving love to ourselves through our own kind attention creates the conditions for this stored energy to be released.

Yet for many of us this is a new practice so we must be patient and gentle with ourselves as we learn.

This beautiful process supports us in awakening compassion once again.

Compassion is the key to resetting our nervous system.

This is always the antidote for healing.

Take some time here to cultivate a kind dialogue with yourself.

Inwardly ask how am I feeling right now in this one moment?

As we talk to ourselves in this way we welcome an even greater flow of compassion from our hearts to feel so held and so well cared for by ourselves.

Softly listen just as someone you love listens so beautifully for you without judgment only pure love and understanding.

Feel the love from you to you expanding and inner glow emanating from your heart.

You radiating pure love.

As we make space we return to the place of calmness where we know that any situation presented to us is simply another beautiful opportunity to rise and act in grace.

Through this sense of spaciousness we have a greater capacity to hold all in love knowing that nothing is too difficult to embrace from our hearts.

This understanding heals any contraction where a powerful clearing is felt throughout.

Return to your breathing as the way to drop further and further into the deeper dimensions of you where on a physiological level you are hydrating and nourishing every part of you releasing any residual toxicity from your inner terrain.

Allow your breathing to permeate every tributary and all the folds of you.

Through connection there's a familiar and comforting feeling that's felt.

This remembrance of the divine within is the heart of all spiritual practice that which holds us nurtures us heals us for we are eternal beings of light and love and to remember this is the true meaning of grace.

Allow a deep gravitational descent downwards where your grounding is now very pronounced and filled with the highest and brightest light.

Remain here for just a few more seconds smiling and listening for any whispers of guidance or wisdom.

Bring both hands unto your Sacred Heart and once again bow in reverence to your brilliant light.

Our light is always shining as we simply make time to remember.

May we hold this exquisite state of being a refined presence for our families,

Friends,

All beings as our greatest contribution and lastly may we go forward in gratitude and faith that all will be handled beautifully in divine timing.

Bring your thumbs to your third eye drawing your chin towards your chest and very gently lift your chin release your hands and as you softly open your eyes notice if you are receiving the world in a whole new way through the eyes of light and love.

Thank you so much many blessings and namaste.
