For this practice,
Gather pillows and place them behind you to prop yourself up such that you're sitting up nice and tall.
Then wrap a blanket around your shoulders for additional comfort.
Taking support in this way is an act of self-love and this love is what always heals us.
Very gently rest your hands on your legs with your palms facing down.
Softly close your eyes and smile.
Allow a gentle gravitational descent downwards.
Feel the support of the earth beneath you.
Gently breathe in through your nose and gently breathe out through your nose.
As you breathe,
Let all the muscles in your face relax and release your lower jaw.
As you continue to breathe consciously,
Let everything begin to slow and settle internally.
Listen carefully to the sweet sound of your very own breath.
This is the way we begin to listen inwardly.
Now let's take a few pleasurable breaths together.
Inhale deeply,
Exhale slowly.
Again inhale deeply,
Exhale slowly.
And once more just like this.
Inhale exhale.
Good.
Bring your attention now to the place within you that you are feeling any contraction,
Resistance,
Pain.
This could be somewhere in your physical body,
Your mind,
Or your heart.
As you acknowledge this part of you,
Bring one hand to gently rest there.
Gently direct your breathing into this region of you now.
Let your breathing soothe comfort and blanket this whole space.
With each in-breath,
Your outer body releases.
With each out-breath,
Your inner body loosens and softens.
A few more soft breaths here.
Notice how your breathing is being of great service to you,
Where it is supporting you in creating so much space both within this area and every part of you.
A few moments here to continue to allow healing currents of breath to fully fill and flood all layers of your being now.
Very gently release your hand down,
Yet turn both palms to face up on your legs as a gesture of receiving.
Take a moment here to notice how beautifully your body is responding to your mind's direction.
Our bodies love taking direction in this way.
Sense as a result how there's more space everywhere.
Notice any of the most subtle openings occurring from way deep inside of you.
You may be able to breathe a little deeper.
Perhaps you feel a little lighter.
Notice what you notice within your experience.
Feel yourself drifting further and further into presence where you now land within your sacred heart and station yourself here,
Inhabiting the whole of your heart more fully now.
Notice too if there's more availability to move a little further back into a deeper space of your heart.
Perhaps this is an area in which you may have not yet explored,
Where you now have access to even more space than you even thought possible.
To welcome forgiveness from your sacred heart.
This forgiveness supports us whenever we forget that which we truly are always,
Which is love.
And this love is our true essence.
Bring your hand to gently rest on your sacred heart and turn your right palm to face up on your leg.
Bring into mind the situation in your life where there is conflict.
As if you were holding this context in your right hand,
Keep a soft awareness on your heart the whole time.
Now move your left hand from your heart and bring it to gently rest on top of your right hand where it blankets the situation much as we would blanket an infant.
So very gently,
Softly,
Lovingly.
Here you are blanketing the situation in love.
Observe any subtle shifts both within your experience and in this situation.
Continue with soft breathing.
Very gently release your hands down to your legs,
Again palms facing up.
Resting in presence,
Widen your collarbones out to the sides and rise up within your stance just a bit more here.
See a vision of yourself as a small child there in front of you.
As you look from this perspective,
Perhaps you're able to see yourself a little differently where you're opening up more and more to your very own light.
And you now see the person with whom there is conflict also there in front of you,
Again as a small child where you are also opening up to their light.
This can only happen as we begin to forgive ourselves.
It is here with a wide open heart that you can now send a healing flow of love and forgiveness first to yourself.
And even though you may still disagree,
You can also send a healing flow of this love and forgiveness to this person's heart.
We're here at you now have the courage and the strength to say both to yourself and to the other.
I see the light within myself.
I see the light within you.
I forgive myself.
I forgive you.
Again,
I see the light within myself.
I see the light within you.
I forgive myself.
I forgive you.
And one more time.
I see the light within myself.
I see the light within you.
I forgive myself fully and completely.
I forgive you fully and completely.
Setting intention here for all wrongdoings to dissolve and for all misunderstandings to be cleared and for all to be transformed into highest good for everyone involved.
May this be so.

May this be so.
Rest in stillness and in quiet in full acceptance,
Seeing yourself and the other in a whole new light feeling fully relaxed and at ease,
Sense plentiful spaciousness everywhere.
Serenity as an embodied state.
Allow another few moments to receive any wisdom or insights from your experience.
Smiling hold your hands in prayer in front of your heart and gently bow your head to your heart filled with pure love,
Filled with pure light,
Feeling fully healed on all levels of being.
Only to realize here as we glance from this sense of internal spaciousness that there are no mistakes,
For we know at heart that there is only learning.
We can now ask with great love that healing rays of light continue to pour into our own heart and into this situation.
Take one final deep full breath in and slowly exhale,
Smiling,
Very gently lift your chin,
Release your hands and softly open your eyes.
