This short meditation gives a quick jolt of energy and clarity - use it in lieu of coffee or an energy drink. Great for the times you cannot seem to wake up or when you need some extra energy to get through the day. Fingers in your hair, Your fingers through your hair, And your scalp. Do the same thing with your cheeks and your forehead. Tapping on the sides, Bring down your legs, Up your legs, Up your arms, Down your arms, Sides, The front, And the back as you can. And then open yourself up to the energy coming in. Let your mind stay kind of clear. Feel the energy entering in. The light flowing into like your third eye, To your physical eyes, Shut, Feeling that energy pulsing down from the top of your head, Bathing you, And like throwing away any cobwebs in your brain, Sending light in to sharpen your thinking, Whatever you're about to embark on, And that you have clarity in how you express yourself, Letting out your throat reason so you speak well, Clearly and from the heart, Energy flowing down your body. I feel yourself standing on my hands, Feeling the light flowing up from the bottom of your feet through your entire body and out through your crown, Enlivening every cell in your body, Excitement and wonder. The day is gonna bring so many new possibilities, So many choices, With a great clarity coming from within you. To make the right choice of the heart felt. And the light's expanding your cardiovascular system, Shaking your leg, Invite this light and this energy into you and your system at the same time, Giving you energy, But you're not gonna have any shakes or any jitters, Unless you get enlivened and awakened, Ready in excitement.
