This follow-up booster meditation, to compliment and expand on the original Releasing Cravings meditation, is imbued with new energies to help lessen and/or release cravings, fixations, obsessions, addictions - any powerful desire for something that is not good for us. The energy works within to heal that which drives the desire, the craving, the fixation. Releasing this allows us to see things in a new light, without the overriding desire to numb, deflect or have our attention anywhere. Wearing earbuds or headphones greatly increases the power and effectiveness of this meditation.

And now that you have that done,

I want you to find a comfortable position.

Hold for a two count and then exhale,

Pushing out with your lower abdomen.

So the inhalations and exhalations are the same length.

If it's a little too long and it's not comfortable,

Then just shorten it up a little bit.

So take another deep breath in.

Hold it and exhale.

And inhale again and really start to feel the energies coming in through your crown.

As you inhale,

All the way down to your lower abdomen,

Hold for a count of two or three and then exhale.

And just keep doing these inhalations and exhalations.

And on your next inhale,

I want you to feel,

Just scan your body and feel for any places where you have any tension,

Any nervousness,

Any blocks,

Any pain,

Any unrest.

And I want you to imagine seeing that inhalation go straight into those spots.

And then as you hold,

Feel them loosen and then when you exhale,

You're exhaling them out of your body.

So do this for two or three more inhales and exhales.

Hold and then exhale each time,

Feeling a little looser,

A little more relaxed.

Every time you do pranic breathing,

It resets your nervous system.

And now I want you to feel me standing behind you.

And as I do,

I place my right hand on top of your crown,

The crown of your head.

And as you breathe in,

I want you to inhale through your crown and I want you to let light out of my hand,

Healing energy flowing into you all the way through your body.

So inhale now.

As you do,

You're going to feel the light flowing down through your head,

Through your third eye,

Through your throat chakra,

Past your heart center,

Past your solar plexus chakra.

You're cycling down into your root and all the way down your legs and into the ground through your feet.

And then exhaling.

And then exhale any dross,

Any tightness,

Any nervousness,

Any feelings of jitteriness or just feelings of unrest.

And inhale in again,

Pulling the light into your crown.

As it does,

It moves into every cell of your body,

Clearing and cleansing all the way down your neck and into your shoulders and your arms.

And you feel the tension start to release as it flows down your upper arms,

Elbows,

Your forearms,

Into your wrists and into your hands.

Down your chest and in the heart area,

You feel yourself open and expand.

Your lungs get lighter.

And into your stomach area,

If there's any butterflies or nervousness there,

You feel it start to relax as the light energy starts to expand all the cells.

And then exhaling.

And inhaling this light in again.

Pulling it all the way down again through your head,

Through your neck and your upper shoulders and through your heart area,

Through your lungs and down into your abdomen.

Down past your navel and down into your intestines,

Loosening,

Relaxing you and down your legs all the way down into the earth.

Hold for a count of one or two,

Then exhale.

And inhaling again and exhaling.

And now as you inhale,

You feel my right hand on the top of your head,

But you feel my left palm on your backside of your heart center.

And light flows into your heart center and down through your crown and it meets in your heart area.

Breathe into your heart area and hold it for a count of two or three.

Exhaling and then inhaling again,

You can feel the energy flowing into your crown and through my hand on the backside of your heart.

And exhaling.

Now you feel myself with both hands on the back of your heart,

Your back,

So kind of your upper back spread.

So it's covering both lungs and your heart center.

And as you inhale,

You feel the light going in.

And as you do,

You feel a calmness starting to spread throughout you.

Any anxiety you have is starting to leave as you begin to relax.

Now I just ask you to breathe normally.

And I have both hands on the backside of your chest.

Light pouring into you.

It's very calming.

As you do,

You feel a sense of relief,

A sense of letting go,

A sense of knowing you're okay.

And in this moment,

There's nothing else that you need.

The light continues to flow in you.

And you feel more and more relaxed.

As you do,

I put my little finger in my right hand right up at the base of your skull,

Kind of the little V up at the top of your neck where it connects to your head.

I send light straight into that spot.

It goes up into your crown and then down your shishumna,

Down your spine.

Each bit of light,

Each bit of energy flowing into you,

Relaxing you,

Quelling any anxiety,

Any cravings,

Any addictive thoughts or behaviors.

And I sit and I ask for your two hands and I have my palms up and you put your hands on top of mine.

And as you do,

You feel the energy begin to flow into your arms.

And it flows up both your hands up into your palms.

As I look at you,

I see that the tension is leaving more and more and I continue to send it.

I'm also sending through my entire body.

As I do,

I open mine.

And now I take my hands from yours and I just hold my palms up right in front of your chest.

And you see the divine being that you are.

Your beauty,

Your grandeur.

Have you done anything in the past you didn't like?

The past is over.

You're almost like a magnet that's picking up anything inside your body and it's moving it up your shishumna.

Deep inhale.

Hold for a count of two or three,

Then exhale deeply.

Keep inhaling and exhaling slowly while I send this light into you and around you,

Around your energy field.

Remember that?

And I look at you and I say,

Thank you so much.

And I bow.

And you can sit quietly and breathe as long as you want.

Or you can open your eyes and slowly come out of it.

See how you feel more relaxed,

More at peace.

And the more you repeat this,

The easier it will get.
