Let's begin by settling in,
Turning our attention to that sacred breath of light,
Our spirit,
As long as we are in this body.
As we inhale,
Illuminating the breath of light into every atom,
Every cell,
And exhaling everything that no longer serves us.
On the exhale,
Perhaps stating silently what you wish to release at this time,
And on the inhale silently stating and allowing for all that you wish to increase and amplify in your vibration,
In your life,
In your perception at this time.
This brilliant spark has all the radiance,
All the glaring brilliance and limitless power of the sun in our solar system.
In fact,
This light inside you is even greater,
Even more brilliant,
Even more powerful.
As we breathe and look inside,
We begin to notice every atom,
Every cell,
Is a brilliant,
Radiant sun.
All the molecules of the breath,
Glowing suns of light,
Shimmering inside you,
Washing through the blood,
Pulsing through the heart,
Wafting through the lungs,
Shining and dancing through all the layers of your being.
A radiant,
Glowing field of glimmering,
Limitless light.
Feel your glowing field of light expanding on the breath now in all directions beyond the body.
Aware of the light washing down rays of sun from your being into the glowing golden heart of mother earth.
As you anchor into this loving heart of all of nature,
Divinely rooted,
Divinely connected,
And magnified by this glowing sun at the heart of mother earth,
At one with the brilliance of your own heart,
Feel that rush of light ascending like a gentle geyser through all the layers of the earth,
Revealing nature itself as a boundless field of glimmering light,
Rising up through the sky,
A geyser of light,
Into the sun in our solar system.
Feeling your heart harmonizing as one with the heart of the sun.
And amplifying the light of the sun with your light,
Your magnificence,
Your radiance.
And as we breathe,
Rising up,
Up,
Into the stars,
Into the cosmos,
Becoming ever more aware of all the stars in the cosmos.
With every breath,
Observing those suns exponentially multiply and multiply.
All is a sea of golden white light.
From this luminous place of the divine heart of oneness,
You may,
If you wish,
Offer a blessing,
A prayer,
An intention for this sacred being known as you.
Perhaps you bless the physical body with health.
Perhaps you bless the mental body,
The realm of consciousness,
With clear seeing,
With divine awakening to what is most true.
Spend a few moments blessing,
Wishing,
And intending from the space of the heart of your highest consciousness,
That luminous,
Radiant sun,
And align inside the being known as you.
You wish for this precious being known as you.
Is there any more love you can imagine flooding your being with?
Any more radiance?
Any more vitality,
Harmony,
Peace,
Wholeness,
Oneness,
Ease,
Equipoise,
Freedom,
Joy,
That you can assist your being of inextinguishable radiance?
We will begin to gently float as subtle as ocean mist from the vastness of the cosmos toward our sacred mother earth.
Allowing this golden white light of oneness,
This golden white wave of remembrance to be showered on all of life's healing,
Of receiving these blessings of oneness,
Of love,
Through the extremities,
Out through the very core.
