Flow is a highly desirable state,
Yet apparently often unobtainable.
And yet flow is just there.
We don't need to create the conditions for it,
We need to choose to step out of the friction.
And the friction is simply our choice to hold onto things the way they are.
Outside of it,
We aren't accustomed to the free flow of the energy,
And we try to contain the energy because it holds our perceived reality in place through the physical forms around us.
We aren't solid though,
And nor are we static.
We are always moving,
And flow is allowing the movement.
Our form,
And any form,
Is intentional.
It is an intention to hold together moving energy.
So we can allow our grip to loosen so that our cells can move and create space for energy to move through,
Which in turn creates dynamic balance in our being.
Now we resist this sensation because it feels so strange,
And it can feel a little scary to become less solid.
But you always have complete control over your energy and your form,
And at any moment you can call yourself back.
In this meditation,
The space for your experience will be held by the elements of earth,
Air,
Fire and water,
And they are the transition between the etheric and the physical,
And they are the forces that move in tension into form,
And they will hold this space to allow you to work with your own energy and form while feeling safe.
The energy is going to flow through you,
And it's going to rinse out what is ready to move on from your form and field,
And it will rinse as deep as you wish it to,
Right down to your DNA if that is what you need.
You may find yourself yawning or needing to stretch or maybe even sneezing during this meditation,
And this is simply your body releasing energy.
Many emotions may come to you.
Allow yourself to feel them and let them flow through,
As emotion is energy in motion,
And you do not need to hold on to anything,
And you are safe.
And at the end you will come back into wholeness,
Recalibrated and restructured to be in harmony with your energy in this moment.
And when you've completed this meditation,
Drink plenty of water,
And if you can,
Get some time outside in the fresh air and nature to allow the recalibration to fully integrate.
So let's begin.
Close your eyes and find comfort and relaxation in your body through your breath,
Taking as long as you need to settle into yourself.
In your heart and mind,
Go to a space or place that feels safe and comfortable.
Find stillness in this place.
And when you are ready,
Call up energy from the earth and feel it begin to flow upwards through you.
Allow the flow to feel steady and natural.
And begin to use your breath to expand your form.
Use your breath to create space between yourselves.
You can feel or visualize this space and see the energy flowing through.
You may even feel a tingling as the energy moves through the space between yourselves.
As it flows through,
It's going to shake loose anything that is ready to leave your field and form at this time.
So focus on allowing what needs to leave to move into the energy flow.
And use your breath to help you move anything that feels stuck.
All that is being released will begin to collect in a bubble above you.
Continue to breathe into this motion and release,
Keeping space in your form to allow the release until you feel that everything that needs to has moved on.
Take a deep,
Intentional breath and call your form back to wholeness.
Take a few moments to come into balance.
Then consciously move the bubble of energy you have released out to the field of potential,
Where it can be received,
Washed clean of all imprinting,
And become available as pure energy for creation.
You only need to set the intention to move it to this place for it to be done.
You are whole,
You are safe.
Take a few minutes or minutes to feel this in your body.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
