Welcome to this simple practice to cleanse and reset your energy.
Take a deep breath to arrive in this moment,
Settling yourself into readiness for the experience,
Breathing deeply into your body,
Relaxing into your being,
Taking a moment to acknowledge the things weighing on your mind,
The emotions moving through your body and the tension you may be holding.
Accepting that the challenges you may face right now are here and acknowledging that you may feel off balance or out of sorts.
That's why you're here,
To clear your energy and come back into balance.
In front of you,
You become aware of a large flower.
Begin to approach the flower,
Taking in its details.
As you draw closer,
You see how big this flower is,
Big enough to hold you.
Step into the flower and sit down in the centre.
You are held by the petals,
Softly,
Gently.
As the piece of the flower takes hold,
You sink into the petals.
And as you sink,
The worries,
Emotions and sensations loosen their hold upon you.
You sink deeper into the flower until you begin to flow down the stem,
Down and down,
All the way through the stem until it becomes a stream of energy and you land in the centre of a circle of petals.
Here you are,
Just you.
Simplicity in essence.
Breathe into your energy.
The petals begin to wrap around you,
Forming a bud that gently holds you.
A light builds beneath you,
Encouraging the bud to begin to rise back up through the stream of energy,
Up through the stem and emerging into the air.
There is a pause and then the petals begin to open,
Opening you to the sun and the air.
Restored.
Renewed.
Reset.
Sit with this for as long as you want.
When you are ready to return to your day,
Breathe into your body to bring movement.
