Worries,
Hesitations.
We assume the mantle of a heavy burden every day.
You can embrace a quieter,
Lighter version of yourself by letting go of the energy of this burden.
And this meditation is to support you as you dissolve the weight of energy you don't need to carry.
To begin we are going to breathe into the stillness of the heart.
Find a comfortable position that feels right to you in this moment.
When you are settled,
Take a deep breath to relax your mind and body.
Exhale long and slow as you begin the journey into stillness.
As you inhale,
See the breath being drawn into your heart space,
Filling you with peace and light.
Release any tension with your exhale,
Allowing it to drift away from you and return to its source.
Continue to breathe in this way until you feel still and present.
I invite you to now become the observer of your emotions and feelings.
Adopting this role will give you more freedom to witness your emotions with neutrality.
Turning your focus to your inner world,
Ask yourself what is one thing that you would like to release from your energy.
Continue to focus on your heart to hold your awareness of this one thing.
There is no need to second guess it.
It has come from your inner wisdom and guidance.
And you can let it go.
In front of you,
A circle is appearing.
It's filled with a mesh,
A bit like a sieve,
And you can pass through this circle safely,
But what you no longer choose to take with you cannot.
At your own pace,
Move towards the circle and in your own time,
Step through.
When you have stepped through,
Turn to face the circle again and witness what you have experienced.
With the calmness of neutrality,
Observe your thoughts and reactions,
And especially how they have changed.
What do you think and feel when you look at the energy you have let go?
Can you now return this energy to its source with your blessing?
Allow it to dissolve and float away.
Bring your attention to how you feel.
Just releasing this uncovered another layer of energy that you can release.
It may be a lingering sensation or just a niggling thought.
Just observe and decide.
Do you want to let it go?
If you don't,
Simply rest and observe your feelings.
If you are ready to let it go,
Turn around and you will find another circle in front of you.
Again,
It is filled with mesh,
But the holes may be bigger or smaller now.
Approach the circle and when you are ready,
Step through.
Turn to face the circle and witness what you have let go.
Observe your emotions and your thoughts.
Observe the sensations in your body and with your blessing,
Return it to its source.
Bringing your focus back to you.
How do you feel?
Has this exposed more that you are ready to release?
If not,
Just rest and observe.
If you feel there is more,
Turn around to find another circle filled with mesh.
Again,
It may have changed.
Approach it in your own time and step through.
Turn and witness the energy you have released.
Notice how you feel as you bless it and return it to its source.
Wherever you are on this journey,
I invite you to bring your awareness to your emotions and sensations in your body.
How do you feel different?
What has shifted?
Do you feel lighter,
Bolder,
Stronger?
Do you feel calmer,
More confident still?
However you feel,
I invite you to bring this energy into your day.
Breathe this energy into your heart space.
Let it fill and expand,
Moving throughout your whole body and out on into your energy field around you.
Feel yourself enveloped and embraced by this energy.
Become aware of your breathing and how the breath is circulating in your body.
As it moves through you see it bringing movement to your cells,
Your muscles,
Your body.
Breathe yourself back into presence in your space,
Slowly and at your own pace.
When you feel that you have fully arrived,
Open your eyes and continue your day.
