Welcome to today's guided meditation.
Today's guided meditation will take you on a journey.
A journey to the higher self.
The higher self is a place where you accept yourself.
Where you value yourself.
Where you're patient with yourself.
You will experience a separation.
A separation from the physical with the mental self.
You'll feel the separation.
It will be an awareness.
When you reach a level of a higher self,
You have an awareness of your potential.
It's more than the physical.
It's bigger.
It's brighter.
It's bigger.
It's brighter.
And unlike your physical self,
Your higher self has no limitations.
Your lower self,
Your physical self,
Sees you as the center of the universe.
And your higher self sees you as a small cell in the whole body of all of humanity.
We spend much of our time in the physical lower self.
Words like the grind,
The hustle and bustle of every day.
They exist there.
You get feelings of feeling stuck,
Feeling burned out,
Feeling frustrated,
Feeling lost.
And you spend most of your time there.
And you spend most of your time there.
In the higher self,
It's a realm of acceptance,
Of love,
Of creativity.
The higher self
is the difference between experiencing a flow and a freeze.
It is the difference between a flow and a freeze.
It's the one thing that has been on our life journey with us since the moment we were all born.
Since the moment we were all born,
We took our first breath.
We breathed that breath of life.
It's been our partner and it will help us on this journey to a higher self.
Begin a slow,
Purposeful breathing.
Five breaths.
Slow count.
One,
Two,
Three,
Five breaths.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
On the exhale.
You'll count in your head.
You'll count on your own.
Listen to my voice and begin your five breaths now.
Inhale with a purpose.
Exhale with a purpose.
Slow,
Steady.
When you breathe in,
See energetic light breathing into your body.
And when you exhale,
See dark cloud of anxiety,
Anger,
Frustration.
See that blow out of your body
as it leaves you.
The light fills you.
The dark leaves you.
As you continue this breathing.
Slow,
Purposeful,
Five count breathing.
The final step in preparation.
Tighten your face muscles.
All the muscles around your eyes and your cheeks.
Relax.
Clench your teeth and your jaws.
Tighten your neck.
And release it.
And relax.
And now move to your shoulders.
Create a tight shrug.
Relax your body.
Stiffen all of your arms.
Tighten your chest and your upper back.
Tighten your lower abs and your lower back.
Release them all together and relax.
And now your glutes and your thighs,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
And point your feet as tight as you can.
And hold it.
And now relax.
While you're breathing,
Slowly tighten all of your face muscles,
Your eyes,
And your cheeks.
Tighten all of your face muscles,
Your eyes,
And your cheeks.
Clench your teeth and your jaws.
Tighten your neck.
Stiffen your shoulders.
Tighten your arms and your chest and your back,
Your abs and your lower back.
Tighten your glutes and your quads,
Your calves,
And your ankles,
And point your toes.
Your whole body is rigid.
And now relax your body.
Feel the energy flow.
Through your breathing,
You've released.
Through your muscles,
You've relaxed.
The joy is your lower self is now in a state of stillness.
And your higher self is awakened.
See yourself where you are,
Lying there,
Relaxed,
Body completely heavy,
Sinking into the surface you're laying on.
See yourself laying there in the dark,
In the peace.
Enjoy the view of yourself relaxed and peaceful.
Feel the energy.
Notice next to you a soft glow.
The glow is a candle.
What's amazing is surrounding your body is water,
Water that glows with luminescence from the candle.
Blue,
Soft,
It's a warm light.
Your higher self keeps the candle lit,
Even though it's submerged.
It's the most beautiful candle you've ever seen.
It's light.
Makes the water hum.
Like a soothing air.
And you see yourself enjoying the water,
Loving the candle,
Accepting the peace.
And you feel the light.
And you feel the light.
And you feel the light.
Loving the candle,
Accepting the peace.
Notice now that the water,
You feel happy as you see yourself laying and enjoying the peace and the tranquility.
You see the lower self in a state of stillness.
And the higher self.
On your next inhale,
To what you see is a hilltop.
It's a beautiful,
Relaxing hilltop.
A relaxing hilltop.
You notice the sky above you is clear blue.
As you breathe,
You draw beautiful clouds towards you.
The clouds,
Every exhale moves the clouds and reshapes the clouds.
And you play games with them.
And they make you smile.
There's no rhyme or reason to the shapes you just create.
You can hear the candle in the distance,
Warming your resting self.
And the candle sings to you as you move the clouds with ease.
Begin to exhale and move the clouds away.
And leave for yourself the clear blue sky and the warmth of the sun.
And your body is happy.
This is truly you.
And your love within your higher self
draws a single butterfly to you.
It's quiet and gentle.
And you notice
how yellows and the whites and the blacks and the wings are.
And this butterfly feels your peace within.
And your peace
makes the wings of the butterfly
hum a song for you.
You've ever experienced.
You hear it.
You feel it.
And somehow
it's within you.
And this song and your peace
attract more butterflies.
Some are blue,
Yellow,
Black.
You're surrounded.
They're beautiful.
And your smile
almost can't be described.
It comes from inside and from within.
It comes from a place of self-worth.
It comes from the higher self.
Their wings create one harmony.
And you find yourself amongst them as they fly.
Through the blue sky
and the white clouds
You find yourself amongst them as they fly.
Through the blue sky
feeling the warmth
of the sun.
You're free.
As you breathe slowly
and find deeper relaxation
it winds back
far below to see the hilltop.
And as you pass the hilltop
you acknowledge the clouds
and you continue traveling
towards a beautiful glow
far below you.
That glow
is your candle
burning beautifully
under the water
surrounding you
as you rest in your lower self.
As you approach you see
you are the picture
of perfect peace.
You join the lower self
and you lay
amongst the water
beside the candle
and your butterflies
are there with you.
The freedom and the peace you feel
is surrounding both your higher self
and your lower self.
Your butterflies
leave now
warmer and warmer
in its surroundings.
You can feel
the warmth
and you embrace the glow.
Your breathing
is slower and more purposeful
than ever before.
You went to a place
where you accepted yourself.
You valued yourself
and you were patient with yourself
You experienced
all of your potential
and you realized
there are no limits.
Relax
and drift
in the pool
of your potential
and the glow of the candle
and the memories
of your journey
to the higher self.
