Good morning.

Let's begin our morning with clarity,

Which leads to vision,

Which leads to focus.

As you greet your morning,

Lay still,

Breathe,

Listen,

And relax.

We begin the day with clarity,

And we carry that clarity throughout the day.

Clarity in our mind and clarity in our purpose.

Stretch your arms far above your head and extend your legs and toes as far as they can and enjoy that stretch.

Relax that stretch.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Stretch your arms and legs again and turn your face to the left,

Stretching your neck.

Relax.

Stretch your arms and legs again and turn your face back to center.

Relax.

And stretch your arms and legs again and turn your face to the right,

Stretching that neck.

And now relax.

Now bring your face back to center and bring your arms back to your side.

Begin to breathe slow with purpose and deep with purpose.

Follow my cadence.

Inhale 2,

3,

4.

Hold.

Exhale 2,

3,

4.

Inhale 2,

3,

4.

Exhale 2,

3,

4.

Continue to breathe on that cadence and relax.

And as your body begins to wake,

With purpose,

We're going to engage the parasympathetic nervous system,

The nervous system in charge of calm,

Confident energy.

Continue your breathing cadence.

In 2,

3,

4.

Out 2,

3,

4.

On our next exhale,

Give a gentle hum that creates a vibration on your back teeth.

And this will awaken your parasympathetic nervous system,

Your calm,

Confident energy.

So with me,

Inhale 2,

3,

4.

Exhale.

Hum.

Inhale 2,

3,

4.

And with energy,

Exhale.

Now with clarity at the heart of how you begin your day,

I want you to consider these questions.

Who can I be?

How can I become who I would like to be?

What is my single greatest strength?

How do I share my strength?

When is it that I am happiest?

How can I spend more time in my happiest state?

Where is my day headed?

How do I create meaning in my day?

Why am I on my current path?

How do I find joy on my current path?

How do I carry peace into my day?

How will I share peace with my world?

Clarity is an intention.

Clarity is a journey.

Practicing clarity each morning will get you on the path of clarity,

Which leads you to vision,

Which leads you to focus.

And when you pair my morning clarity with my morning serenity,

You will fill yourself with calm,

Confident,

Positive energy.

Thank you.
