Let go of all the energy that you store that no longer serves you. Allow your mind, body, and spirit to be carried into a parasympathetic nervous system response of comfort and peace. You will physically feel the negative energies leave your conscious self, and feel the positive energies replace and stay in that space.

Welcome.

This meditation is specifically designed to unlock and release stored energy.

Please be sure to never listen to this when you're driving or when you're doing anything that requires you to pay attention to anything other than yourself.

Please lay down.

Darken the room you're in.

Let go of all distractions.

Have your legs shoulder-width apart and your hands comfortably at your side.

Begin to slow your breathing and breathe in a mantra that I will give you.

Four counts in.

Six counts out.

In through your nose.

Out through your mouth.

In your head.

You can repeat the mantra that I will give you.

So when you're ready,

Breathe in two,

Three,

Four,

Hold.

Out two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

In two,

Three,

Four,

Hold.

Out two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

In two,

Three,

Four,

Hold.

Out two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Maintain your slow,

Deep breath.

Come back to this mantra as you need to.

You're a person of experience.

You,

Your mind,

Your body.

Throughout your life,

You've stored and collected experiences,

Memories,

Our storage and collection units.

You store good.

You store bad.

You collect good and you collect bad.

Today,

With the help of your breath and your listening,

We're going to release stored and collected negative experiences and memories.

When the experience is negative in the mind,

It becomes a memory,

A picture.

A picture can be revisited throughout a lifetime.

It can come from words.

It can come from thoughts,

Smells,

Tastes,

People,

Foods.

It floods your mind with a memory and it fills your body with a feeling in your body.

When you have something negative,

You collect it and you store it and it manifests in chronic pain,

Discomfort,

Illness,

Anxiety,

Isolation,

To name a few.

Within two,

Three,

Out two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

The places that you store your collective negative memories and experiences in the body are places like your ankles,

Your hips,

Your glutes,

Your lower back,

Your shoulders.

Your neck,

Your jaw muscles,

And between your eyes,

The only thing you'll need to do today to release this negative stored energy is to breathe.

Breathe,

Use the mantra,

And listen to my voice,

To the music.

If you find that your mind is active with thoughts and memories,

That's okay because your mind is being stirred to the negative energy.

Allow yourself to have rapid thoughts.

They'll slow eventually.

Your mind is clearing the clutter.

Your mind is cleaning house.

For the first time,

Your mind is empowering your body to release the negative energy that you've taken a lifetime to collect that just serves no purpose in your life.

When you notice these thoughts,

Allow them and come back to your breath and come back to your mantra.

Now let's begin with one slow,

Deep cleansing breath in,

And one slow,

Deep cleansing breath out.

As you lay relaxed,

I want you to imagine your toes.

Breathe deep and slow,

And when you exhale,

Let your breath travel through your body down to your toes.

Use the image of a yellow highlighter on your toes,

And highlight your toes the color yellow.

Keep breathing in slowly and out slowly down to your toes,

And as you highlight them yellow,

Feel them get heavy,

So heavy that you can't lift them.

When you lift them,

They sink into the bed,

And you relax.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you breathe out,

The yellow highlight moves from your toes to the arches of your feet,

To your heels,

To your ankles.

And they're highlighted yellow,

And they're so heavy,

You can't move them.

They sink into the bed,

And you breathe deep in,

And you relax.

The yellow highlight moves from your ankles to the arches of your feet down to your toes.

They're yellow,

They're so heavy,

You can't move them,

And you relax.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

And move the yellow highlight from your ankles up through your shins,

Through your calf muscles,

And right below your knees you stop.

From your knees,

Down through your shins and calves,

And your ankles,

And the arches of your feet,

And your toes,

You're deeply relaxed.

They're so heavy.

They're highlighted yellow,

They're warm,

And you're relaxed.

You can't move them.

Anything that was stored in your ankles is now relaxed and sinks away,

As your ankles and your lower legs sink into the bed,

Or the surface you're laying on.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Continue to move the yellow from your lower knees up through your knees,

And through your thighs,

And through your hamstrings,

And into your glutes and your hips.

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale,

And breathe out all the tension.

And from your waist,

Down through your hips,

Through your glutes,

Through your hamstrings,

And your thighs,

Through your knees,

And your shins,

And your calves,

Into the ankles,

Through the arches of your feet,

And to your toes.

Complete relaxation.

They're warm,

They're yellow,

And they're so heavy you can't move them.

And you just breathe.

Breathe in,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Out,

Two,

Five,

Six.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Continue moving the yellow highlight from your waist,

Up through your stomach,

Your lower back,

Through your ribs,

And your middle back.

Up into your chest,

And your upper back,

And your shoulders,

And you relax,

And you breathe.

So from your tops of your shoulders,

Through your upper back,

And your chest,

And your middle back,

And your ribs,

Your lower back and your stomach,

Your hips,

Your glutes.

Your calves,

Shins,

Hamstrings,

Thighs,

Ankles,

Toes,

Arches of your feet,

Through your toes,

To your shoulders,

And everything in between.

You're relaxed.

They feel warm,

They're highlighted yellow,

And they're so heavy you can't move them,

They sink.

You feel your body sinking into the bed.

Now breathe deep and slow in,

Two,

Three.

Out,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Relax.

Take a long,

Deep,

Slow breath in,

And as you exhale,

Move the yellow highlight down through your shoulders,

Your biceps and your triceps,

And your elbows,

And your forearms.

And your wrists.

Move the highlight through your hands,

Into each of your 10 fingers.

And you relax.

And your arms are heavy,

So heavy you can't move them,

And they sink into your bed.

From the base of your neck,

Through your arms,

In your back,

Your chest,

Your middle back,

Your ribs,

Your lower back,

Your stomach,

Into your hips,

And your glutes,

Your hamstrings,

And your thighs.

Your knees,

Shins and calves,

Into your ankles,

The arches of your feet,

To the tips of your toes.

Highlighted yellow,

Heavy,

So that they can't move,

And relaxed.

And you breathe.

Take a deep breath in,

Two,

Three,

Four.

As you exhale,

Move the yellow relaxation up into the deep parts of your neck muscles,

And your throat.

Into the back of your head,

And your jaw,

And your chin.

Move into your cheeks,

Your eyes,

The area between your eyes,

Your forehead,

The top of your skull.

You relax.

And so your highlighted yellow,

From your head,

To the tips of your toes,

And everything in between.

Highlighted yellow,

Too heavy to move,

Sinking into your bed,

And you relax.

Now take the yellow highlight,

And let it begin to flow,

Out of your toes,

Out of your legs,

Out of your hips,

And glutes,

Out of your arms,

And hands,

And fingers,

Out of your shoulders,

And your midsection.

Out of your neck,

And out of your head,

Let it flow,

And soak into the bed,

And the surface you're laying on.

Let the yellow begin to fill the room around you.

All you can do is breathe,

All you can do is relax.

All of your storage facilities have now opened,

And released.

You've begun opening,

And releasing negative energy from your ankles,

From your hips,

From your glutes,

From your lower back,

Your shoulders,

Your neck,

Your jaw,

And between your eyes.

You've allowed yourself the opportunity to let this energy go,

That no longer serves a purpose in your body,

In your mind,

And in your spirit.

Complete this meditation with your breath.

Enjoy the relaxation,

And allow yourself to fill that space with new energy.

Allow that new energy to change you,

One breath at a time.
