I'm going to guide you into a smile meditation.
So begin in a comfortable seated position,
Feet flat on the floor.
Sit tall,
Close your eyes and place your hands in a relaxed position in your lap,
On your thighs.
Begin with a nice full deep inhalation and let go with a sigh.
Just letting go of tensions,
Letting go of any expectations,
Allowing yourself to be fully present in this very moment.
Take another full deep breath in and let go with another sigh.
Relax your shoulders and let go of all facial expression.
Allow yourself to shift from thinking and doing to just feeling and being.
Allow yourself to bring your attention to the middle of your brow center,
In the middle of your forehead,
And begin to explore the expanding spaciousness.
Just accepting what is as is,
Choosing neither for nor against,
Judging nothing,
Just being.
And now bring your attention to your breath.
Take a nice full deep breath in through your nose.
As you exhale,
Blow the air out through gently pursed lips,
As if blowing through a straw,
Making the exhalation a little bit longer than the inhalation,
Continuing this breathing,
Keeping your breath in a slow,
Steady stream.
Breathing in and blowing out all that no longer serves you.
Letting go of the past,
Letting go of any hurts,
Traumas,
Anxieties,
Worries,
And allowing yourself to breathe in the present moment.
And as you breathe in,
Breathe it into your heart center.
And each time you blow out,
You're letting go of all the old energies.
As you breathe in,
Breathe in a smile and allow it to fill your heart center.
With this deep breathing,
Breathing in smile,
Contentment,
Harmony,
Peace,
And well-being.
And blowing out toxins,
Tensions,
Emptying them from your body so you can bring the smile more broadly,
Commanding every cell in your body to smile.
After the next full exhalation,
Allow your breath to resume naturally.
And notice any sensations that have been activated in your body just from the deep breathing.
Feel the feelings without judgment.
There's neither good nor bad.
There just is.
Allow yourself to shift from reaction to responsiveness and just be the witness as you bring your focus to the smile that you still carry in your heart and feel it expanding through your entire body.
Feel the smile in every muscle,
Every organ,
Every nerve,
Every cell,
Every fiber of your being is illuminated with this expanding smile.
Dissolve into it,
Merge mind into your energy body and let the smile open even more spaciousness within you.
And now bring your focus to the middle of your brow center,
In the middle of your forehead,
To the third eye.
And give yourself permission to drop into relaxation and drop into stillness.
Feel the smile from your heart opening your third eye so that you may give and receive divine love,
Loving energies of the universe,
Connecting you to everyone and everything in a peaceful,
Loving way.
Feel it.
Experience it.
Be it.
Let yourself dissolve into the silence.
Continue just being the observer.
Notice how quiet your mind has become.
And notice how the smile feels in every cell of your body.
Enjoy that smile with you and bring it to everyone and to everything.
