Welcome to day 15,

The clear sky.

Begin by feeling at home where you are right now.

Take a look around.

If you want you can close your eyes and listen to the sounds.

Just listen without having to change anything.

Now turn away from the outside and turn your attention inside.

What's going on in your breath?

Follow your breath as careful as you can throughout the body.

Inhaling all the way from the toes up through your belly,

Chest,

Throat and head.

And then exhale.

Like a wave of relaxation flowing down through your body.

Let your shoulders drop.

You can release some of the tension,

Some of these armor plates.

With every breath release some energy.

Gain some clarity.

And transform your nerves of steel into nerves of light.

Sometimes our head is spinning of all the thoughts.

Sometimes our chest or belly is tight.

Pressured by some emotions and feelings that we have not recognized yet.

But even if you can't find any rest,

All these thoughts and feelings are actually resting in space.

The space inside your mind.

Imagine a beautiful day with sunshine and a clear blue sky.

The next day the sky is filled by thick dark clouds and heavy rain.

What happened to the clear sky?

It's still there of course,

Except that it's now filled by clouds.

Just like this space in your mind and heart can be filled by thoughts and feelings.

And sometimes we get so absorbed in the clouds that we forget the sky behind them.

By following your breath,

Letting the thoughts come and go like clouds in the sky,

You learn how to rest in this space.

It becomes a refuge,

Your inner citadel,

Inside the clouds.

Inside and all around the feelings.

So let the sensations of your breath pierce the clouds of your mind.

Remember that we are not forcing anything.

This is a natural process.

It's about you and how you learn the unique way that you can navigate in this labyrinth,

This maze of modern civilization.

And one very important step is to learn how to navigate when you fly into the clouds.

So use your attention,

Your awareness,

This powerful force.

Because when you become aware of your thoughts and feelings through your breath,

The light of your awareness is lifting the clouds,

Evaporating them one by one.

How is your inner atmosphere right now?

Congratulations!

You have finished day 15.

Now the journey continues up through the sky.

I love the image of "transforming nerves of steel into nerves of light". Less jangling, more effervescing! Thank you Albin :)

A very nice meditation. I had to turn the volume up more as it was a little soft and the words were a little garbled. But it was still wonderful. Thanks. Looking forward to the rest of this series.

I’ve been loving this journey and am bummed 16-35 are missing. Are they out there somewhere? I hope so. Thank you for the beautiful moment thus far.
