Welcome!

Begin by closing your eyes and finding a comfortable position.

Follow your breathing.

Tune into your own body for a while.

Now it's time to really let go of all thoughts.

Each night when you fall asleep,

You have to let go,

So you already know how to do it.

Letting go of our control means that we allow ourselves to be in control.

Each night when you fall asleep,

You have to let go,

So you already know how to do it.

Letting go of our control means that we allow life to flow through us completely.

Free yourself from thinking for a moment.

Rest in your body and let the sensations of the body go as well.

Whatever it is you are feeling right now,

Whatever you are thinking about,

Whatever you are stuck in right now,

We let it go together.

Let it go and come back to the breath.

Return to your heart.

Let go of the talking,

Let go of the thoughts.

And simply let go.

You have thought long enough,

Struggled with all these thoughts,

With all the worries,

Problems.

Now it's time to rest,

Letting go of the struggle,

Letting go of all problems,

Of all fixing.

Simply be,

It's enough.

You can even let go of being,

Everything takes care of itself.

The rain falls,

The earth spins,

The wind blows,

The sun shines,

The fire burns,

Your heart beats,

Your breath breathes,

All by itself.

Letting go.

It's all we have to do,

We let go.

To really be here in this moment.

To really be here by the fire.

For just a moment.

Let everything be as it is.

Let go of trying to control and change things,

Trying to control and change our thoughts,

Our feelings.

Instead you let yourself free,

Don't have to hold on anymore to anything,

To anyone.

You can open the hand in your mind that is holding on to any thoughts,

The hand in your heart that is holding on to any feelings.

And let go.

By letting go you let yourself be in peace.

Let go of the violence in yourself,

The conflicts,

The grudges,

Anxiety,

Struggles.

So we let go again.

And again.

Breathing in,

Letting go.

Breathing out,

Letting go.

In the end you don't even have to let go,

Simply be in this moment.

Everything is taken care of.

Peace is growing when you let go.
