Welcome to the sixth day.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Seated,

Lying down,

Standing or walking,

With a relaxed and awake posture.

You might want to stretch your back carefully and soften your shoulders.

See if you can relax your belly a bit and open your chest wide.

Now close your eyes and direct your attention to your breathing.

Focus on the physical sensations in the belly and chest of air that is flowing in and flowing out.

If you want you can put a hand on your belly and let your thoughts take care of themselves for a while and keep returning to your breath.

Just follow the inhalation and exhalation again and again.

Feel your breath carefully and investigate when does your inhalation become an exhalation.

When does your exhalation become an inhalation?

Our breathing is a circle.

The inhalation becomes an exhalation.

Which becomes an inhalation again.

Ever since the moment you were born until the moment you die this cycle of air is repeated within you.

And like they say in the Lion King,

All of life goes in a circle.

The air you inhale comes from the exhalation made by trees and bushes and algae.

The air you exhale turns into air that the plants can inhale.

The thoughts that you have become feelings.

Movements and breathing patterns that guide your actions.

Actions that turn into memories,

Feelings and new thoughts.

So when you feel a storm raging inside,

Just stop this cycle.

Anchor yourself in your breath so you can sail steady on the wind of life.

There are so many side tracks,

So many loops we can get lost in.

Unnecessary discussions and arguments.

Unnecessary swipes on a screen and worries.

Remember your breath.

It's the most essential tool you have.

It keeps you alive.

It keeps you present here to what's real now.

Here to what's real now.

The end.

We finish by taking a few deep breaths.

Inhaling.

And exhaling.

You might want to stretch your body and your arms before moving again.

Congratulations!

You have finished day 6.

Now this moment ends and the rest of your day begins.
