Meditation Timer OnlineKimberly is a certified RYS 200 yoga and meditation teacher. She is also certified in enhanced mobility . She wants to inspire you to slow down and take a mindful living approach to daily life. She began her meditation journey several years ago after struggling with loss, depression and trauma. She has found peace and love again since she began practicing meditation and yoga. She would like to help others find their way by connecting the breath with your mind, body and soul. She hopes to help unveil the compassion (loving every part of yourself), and wisdom (aligning to the world as it actually is), with resilience (letting go as opposed to pushing through) to bring us to a more peaceful, loving state of mind.
