Let's begin in a comfortable seated position.
However that looks for you.
Close your eyes or take a soft gaze down.
And let's take two deep inhales and exhales together.
Wherever you are,
Exhale fully.
And now inhale,
Feeling your belly rise and your chest expand.
Hold at the top.
And then exhale.
Let it all go.
One more time,
Deep inhale,
Filling all the way up,
Hold at the top.
And release.
Allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment.
Relax your forehead.
Soften the corners of your eyes.
You drop the jaw and the tongue from the roof of the mouth.
Release your shoulders back and down.
Soften the belly and let your seat feel rooted to the earth beneath you.
Legs heavy,
Feet grounded.
And take a moment.
To follow the natural rhythm.
Of your unique breath.
Just notice where you feel it strongest.
No need to worry if thoughts arise.
Or your mind wanders.
Just gently return to the breath.
Trust in the universe.
For it has a plan and will guide you.
Flow like a river without any worry of what has already happened or what is yet to come.
Surrender to this present moment.
For that is a gift.
Let go of the hurry and pressures of life.
Trust.
Flow.
Surrender.
Let go.
Say it again with me out loud or in your head.

And everything will be okay.
Gently return now.
To the rhythm of your breath.
Come back into your body.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
And let's take one more deep inhale together.
Exhale fully.
And inhale.
Breathe in deeply.

Open mouth,
Sigh it out.
You can gently open your eyes now.
Come back into the room and the space.
Notice everything around you,
The sounds,
The sights,
The smells,
The feel.
