Relaxing your shoulders away from your ears.
Tuning into your breath,
Creating curiosity and excitement for the sensational vitality in your body.
Placing your palms on your belly.
Begin to feel the breath in the body.
Breathing into the belly,
Feeling the belly expand out underneath the palms.
And breathing out,
Feeling the belly contract underneath the palms.
Inhale breath into belly.
Inhale breath out of belly.
Allowing the breath to naturally breathe the body.
Feeling how sensational your breath is.
It organically flows in your body in every moment of your life.
Feeling gratitude for your breath.
It's so sensational.

Feeling the belly expand on the breath.
Feeling the belly contract on the breath.
Feeling your breath a hug and embrace.
