Close your eyes.

Allow the jaw to relax.

Shoulders drop away from the ears.

Belly and back relax.

Arms and legs calm,

Peaceful.

We're going to take a joyful journey into parts and systems of the body.

Sending gratitude for their action.

We'll begin with the feet.

Connecting to your feet.

Thank you feet.

Thank you for allowing me to walk,

Stand,

Run,

Jump,

Dance,

Move.

Heading on up to the legs.

Thank you legs for providing the ability to stand,

Walk,

Sit,

Bend.

Well hello there hips.

Appreciate you.

Appreciate the ability to be able to sit,

Stand,

Lie down,

Swing legs out to the side.

Swing legs forward and back.

Spaciousness.

Heading on up to the belly.

Appreciate you belly.

Processing the foods I eat,

The beverages I drink.

And tie your back.

I thank you.

I thank you for all you carry.

For your bending and twisting.

For extending.

Hello there chest.

I appreciate you for allowing me to carry,

To reach behind,

Reach forward,

Hug,

Embrace.

Giving gratitude to the arms and hands.

Allowing the touch,

The hug,

The lifting,

The carrying,

Typing,

Writing,

Working.

Heading up to the head.

Thank you head for allowing me to look all around.

To see,

To smell,

Taste,

Hear,

Feel,

Smile.

Now journeying through the different systems of the body.

Thank you skeletal system for your bones.

For your strength.

Thank you muscular system for the muscles,

For your action.

Thank you nervous system for the nerves.

Allowing the feeling.

Thank you respiratory system for the breath.

That gorgeous vitality.

Thank you cardiovascular system for equalizing temperature in the body.

Thank you much gratitude endocrine system for the hormones,

Keeping it balanced.

So much gratitude to the immune system for health,

Well being.

Thank you reproductive system for birth.

Thank you urinary system for release.

High fives and gratitude to digestive system,

Process and elimination.

Thank you lymphatic system for fluidity.

Thank you tecumentary system,

The skin,

Feeling,

Protection.

Thank you physical body,

I love you.

Thank you energy body,

I love you.

Thank you emotional body,

I love you.

Thank you mental body,

I love you.

Thank you spiritual body,

I love you.

Thank you whole body,

I love you.

Such a truly beautiful meditation. At a time when my healing from breast cancer is stressful to me ( new symptoms popping up that are worrying and tests needing to be scheduled ) , this mediation gave me a feeling of good health. I found myself adding โ€œ healthy โ€œ when we thanked each body system, such as the lymph nodes. It really helped me to feel so much better. Thank you.
