Sit or lie down,
Making your space as comfortable as possible.
Close down your eyes and notice your breath.
Your belly rises on the inhale.
Belly falls on the exhale.
Inhale,
Belly rises.
Exhale,
Belly falls.
Do this a couple more times on your own now.
We are now going to embark on an extraordinary journey of receiving a massage in a sacred space.
All done with visualization.
Begin to tune into your third eye located between the two brows,
Your center of intellect and intuition.
Begin to feel or sense or visualize yourself arriving in a magical,
Sacred reception area in an office.
The walls are painted a very beautiful lavender lilac color scheme.
The lights are very dim throughout the space and you notice candles lit throughout the space on little tables and shelves.
The floor is hardwood and covered with a rug.
The rug has colors of purple and blues and cosmic pink throughout.
It smells of incense,
Nagchampa,
Sage,
Patchouli,
Frankincense and myrrh.
You see a very fluffy,
Comfortable,
Inviting couch.
It is made of a white,
Soft,
Satin material.
And this couch invites you to go ahead and have a seat and wait until your massage therapist arrives.
You hear a very relaxing,
Soft music playing in the background in this space.
Noticing crystals placed on the floor against the walls throughout this space.
Clear quartz,
Yellows and pinks and blue quartz,
Purples and oranges and greens,
Stones throughout the space on the floor.
This is a very magical space.
You notice there is one door that is closed off to your left.
The door is painted white and has a clear crystal door handle attached to it.
There's a sign on the door that says,
Quiet please,
Massage in session.
You know that you are about to step into this space of massage and receiving.
And it fills you up with joy and excitement.
You hear the handle to the door begin to turn.
And as you glance up,
You see this beautiful,
Strong,
Stunning massage therapist walk through the door.
They have an angelic nature of them.
Your massage therapist welcomes you and asks you to follow them through the door.
As you step into this space,
You feel like you've entered a slice of heaven.
It's almost as if you're floating above the clouds and are surrounded by a very light blue sky.
The floor beneath you has turned to clouds.
Your massage therapist is an angel,
An angel of healing and light and love.
Your body worker directs you to a table over the clouds.
This table is made of rose quartz,
Pinks with hints of white in the table.
It is covered with soft,
White,
Fluffy blankets.
Your body worker invites you to go ahead and climb onto the table face up.
And they place a soft pillow underneath your knees.
You are covered in a blanket of softest material you've ever felt in your life.
The blanket is white with gold specks in it.
This is a healing blanket.
The temperature of this space is perfect.
It's not too cold or hot.
It's just right.
Your massage therapist begins to spritz lavender and sage all over the space,
Inviting in calm and cleansing energy.
It is now time for you to receive a massage from this angel of healing,
Light,
And love.
As you are on this rose quartz table,
Comforted by healing blankets and knee support,
You begin to close down your eyes,
Arms resting down by the sides.
You feel your massage therapist step towards the top of your head.
The softest hands you have ever felt arrive on the tops of both of your shoulders.
Your body worker begins to give you a neck massage on the right side of your neck,
Gliding up and down the side of your neck.
Enjoy the right side of your neck massage for a minute now.
Any kinks,
Tightness,
Or tension in the right side of your neck begins to dissipate.
Your body worker now moves to the left side of your neck,
Gliding up and down and all around the left side of your neck with ease and grace.
Working out any tension now in the left side of your neck.
Receive.
Massage therapist now moves from the left side of your neck onto the top of your left shoulder,
Down your left arm,
And all into the crevices and webs of each finger,
Joints of the hand,
Entire palm,
Gliding up and down left shoulder,
Arm,
And palm,
Into the fingers and fingertips.
Receiving massage on your left upper limb now.
Your angel therapist now moves from the left shoulder across the chest and over to the right shoulder,
Right arm,
Right palm,
Webs and joints of the right palm,
And into the fingers.
Receiving massage now on right shoulder,
Arm,
And right palm.
Releasing tension,
Embracing calm.
Your angel therapist now moves up the right arm and up to the top of your head.
Just holding the top of your head,
Feeling nurtured and grounded as you are held.
Therapist now floats down to your right foot,
Uncovers your right leg,
Begins to massage your right foot up into the heel of the right foot.
Massaging the calves and shins now,
Onto the sides of the right knee and up to your upper thigh,
Quads,
Hamstrings,
Inner and outer upper thigh,
Massaged with peace and grace.
Angel therapist moves up and down your entire right leg with beautiful,
Peaceful,
Effleurage strokes of massage.
Therapist ends at your right feet and moves over to your left foot,
Uncovering the left leg now.
Left foot being massaged,
Moving up into left heel.
You're now being massaged in the shins and calf of the left leg.
Massage therapist moves the outer and inner sides of the left knee and up into your upper left thigh.
Hamstrings,
Inner and outer left thigh,
Quadriceps,
Peaceful,
Calming effleurage strokes on the upper left thigh.
Massage all along up,
Up and down the left leg and finishes with the left foot.
Both legs are covered now and your angel therapist moves to your neck again,
Reaches underneath you and gives your upper back,
Middle back and lower back massage.
So the weight of your back body is on this table and you feel these hands moving up and down your back,
Working out any tension,
Discomforts in the back.
Your angel therapist moves back up to the top of your shoulders and down both arms,
Back up both arms,
Both sides of the neck and begins to massage the sides of your head,
Back of your head and top of your head.
Entire head being massaged,
Feeling now your temples being massaged,
Both cheeks massaged and jaws massaged,
Down to the chin,
The chin,
Side of the head.
An angel therapist ends at the top of your head,
Feeling this most angelic,
Peaceful energy surrounding your whole body.
Your angel therapist invites you to take in a nice deep inhale and a nice deep exhale.
On your next inhale,
The angel invites you to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Bringing you back to your current state.
Angel therapist invites you now to uncover yourself,
Swing your legs around and step back onto the fluffy clouds.
You are guided to walk through the white door with the crystal door handle and back into the sacred welcome reception area with the cosmic rug and the lilac lavender walls.
You take one more glance around the space,
Thanking the angel realm for this profound massage experience today.
On the count of three,
You begin to bring yourself back to the space you're sitting or lying in this meditation.
One,
Two,
Three.
You are more awake and more alert in your current space,
Welcoming in a nice deep inhale,
Nice deep exhale,
Beginning to wiggle your fingers and toes.
Maybe you bring your arms overhead and give yourself a nice long body stretch from fingertips to toes and toes to fingertips.
Checking in and seeing how you feel now,
Sensing how you feel now.
