Welcome to the body scan meditation for two year olds.

We're going to pay attention to our bodies.

First let's touch your toes.

Squeeze your toes.

Rub your toes.

Wiggle your toes.

Take a deep breath.

Relax your toes.

Now touch your legs.

Squeeze your legs.

Rub your legs.

Wiggle your legs.

Take a deep breath.

Relax your legs.

Now touch your belly.

Squeeze your belly.

Rub your belly.

Wiggle your belly.

Take a deep breath.

Relax your belly.

Now touch your hands.

Squeeze your hands.

Rub your hands.

Wiggle your hands.

Relax your hands.

Now touch your arms.

Squeeze your arms.

Rub your head.
