Welcome to the body scan meditation for infants.
Parents say to your baby,
We are going to pay attention to our bodies.
Let's begin with three deep breaths.
Parents with the inhale,
You're going to touch the top of your baby's head gently.
As you exhale,
Make a shh noise with your mouth and gently move your fingers down your baby's body until you're touching their toes.
Breathe with me.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Inhale.
Inhale.
Inhale.
