In the distance you hear a rumbling sound that becomes more distinct with each step.

Ahead of you,
The horizon begins to reveal a vast ocean.
It frames the sun's golden reflection and then reveals a shoreline stretching for miles in both directions.
You arrive at a clearing,
Stop,
And sit down.
Before you is a long sloping hill leading down to the sea.
You close your eyes and breathe deeply,
Resting your hands on your thighs,
Palms up,
Feeling the warmth of the sun on your body.
Each breath takes you to a deeper state of relaxation and letting go.
All the sensory information comes together like a warm blanket of lightness and comfort.
Breathing,
Releasing thought forms that have become dead weight.
You find that you've begun to float about a foot above the ground.
And as you do,
You bring your awareness to the base of your spine.
Breathing.
And now shifting your awareness to your upper abdomen.
And now bringing your awareness to your heart space.
The center of your throat.
The space between your eyes.
And now bring your awareness to the space between your fingers.
And now bring your awareness to the space around your feet and legs.
Shifting your awareness to the space around your upper body.
And now bring your awareness to the space around your entire body.
And now expanding that awareness to the space around the ocean.
And now expanding your awareness to the space around this planet.
And now expanding that awareness to the space around all space.
Your perfection is the energy uniting all space.
And in that realization,
There's clarity and peace.
A cooling mist of ocean spray settles over you.
And the gentle tug of gravity lowers you back to the ground.
And the hills on it overlooking the ocean.
Soon you will make your way down the hill and enter the sea.
To ride the tides.
To navigate the waves that come with being human.
In those moments when you feel like you're just trying to stay afloat.
