
Manifestation Meditation #5: Your Thoughts = Your Future

You’ll begin by shifting attention away from obstacles and scarcity, dropping into the natural rhythm of breath and the “infinite void” of space—between the eyes, temples, chest, fingers, feet—until you’re resting as pure awareness. From that no-time/no-body stillness, you’ll disconnect from old circuits of doubt and fear, enter the energy field of infinite divine potential, and consciously name what you’re ready to release. Then you’ll create your future from the inside out—state a clear intention, step into the realized “I AM” version of you with felt emotion and gratitude, surrender it to a greater intelligence, and bless your past, your inner child, and the soul having this human experience called You.
