Yay,
Welcome to this practice to intensify self-healing.
My name is Patrick Christopher Eeler,
And I will lead you through this practice from my book,
Intuition Routine.
This practice to intensify self-healing is a journaling exercise.
So please press pause and get a pen and a paper.
Before you start,
Be mindful that you don't try to impress yourself,
Be vulnerable with you.
You do not have to share this with anyone.
So as raw you are,
As deeper we can go here.
This practice,
We will identify thought patterns and then go a little deeper to see what that might do if we ask questions differently.
The first question to a journal is,
Where is it that I'm not whole?
And this can be in your work with colleagues or family,
With a partner.
So go deep,
Take a deep breath with me.
Take your pen,
Become present at your paper and write for a couple of moments,
Where is it that I'm not whole?
And in this journaling exercise,
If nothing else should come up,
Then just keep moving the pen with your finger and keep writing,
Nothing is coming up or I don't know what to write.
Important is that you just keep moving the pen.
So I will give you now two minutes.
I will meet you here again.
Where is it that I'm not whole?
Okay.
Okay.
We're almost done.
Slowly finalize your sentence.
And you might see that things can maybe be totally different,
Repetitive,
Sit deeper than you think.
We are all individual and everybody experiences things differently.
And to follow up,
And to follow up for each of the next questions,
Journal two or three sentences that come after this question.
After I asked the question,
Please press pause and then write two to three sentences and then press play again.
Once again,
I will read the questions and after you heard the question,
Press pause and then write about it.
Another option is that you press pause and reflect shortly with just a mindful self-inquiry upon the question.
Ready to go?
Yeah,
Then let's start.
Take a deep breath.
And just let everything go that you heard from me become fully present.
Where is it that I'm not whole?
Where is it that I'm not happy?
Where is it that I'm not giving love in my life?
Where is it that I'm not connected to myself and others?
Where is it that I'm not healthy and feeling the vitality my body has to offer?
Where is it that I'm not letting somebody else be whole?
Where is it that I'm not letting somebody else be happy?
Where is it that I'm not letting somebody else be happy?
Where is it that I'm not giving love in my life to somebody else or me?
Where is it that I don't want to be connected to myself and others?
Where is it that I'm not allowing or accepting others to be healthy and vital in situations that I think aren't healthy?
Now allow yourself to invite yourself back to yourself.
Let the past imagination go.
All that we just did was imagined.
And center your energy in the presence.
Arrive within yourselves.
And let your mind be the center of your mind.
Enter your energy in the presence.
Arrive within yourselves.
Take the moments that you recognized where you did not allow the other to be healthy,
Happy,
Whole,
Connected,
And wish them well.
May you be in health.
May you be in love.
May you be free.
And may you be at peace.
Then wish yourself well.
May I be healthy.
May I be loved.
May I be free.
May I be at peace.
Thank you for doing the self-reflection practice with me.
Excellent that you stayed till here.
Great job.
This was an extract practice from my book Entrusion Routine.
I realized my mind is my medicine.
Thanks for participating.
Find what works for you.
Show the mountains that you climbed.
Find what works for you.
Because if you are well,
You can show up at your best to your environment,
To your environment,
To your friends,
To your colleagues,
To your projects,
And to your beloved ones.
And self-inquiry can be a great tool to point out the spots that we may forget from time to time.
My name is Patrick Christopher Eller,
And I'm happy to be connected.
