Oh,
It probably has been a tough day,
Right?
Lots of things happened.
And sometimes we wish they would be differently.
The same way that we can train to stay in difficult situations and that it can be helpful,
It can be also helpful to let them go.
Not to excuse that the situation was difficult,
But rather to pause.
And you can imagine this like going to the gym and training your biceps,
Doing your handstands or even maybe doing the very heavy leg workouts.
If you keep training the same part of the body,
Your muscles will get super sore.
And this can be even on the long run harmful for the body and also the cells.
So take this as a little invitation to allow yourself to pause and also to let go of what has happened today.
It's easier said than done.
So how do you let go?
Simply start by bringing attention to the breath and recognize where it is that the soreness of the day,
Of the emotions and the thoughts is been holding onto.
The body can store experiences in different areas.
And instead of just sitting with this difficulty today,
Try to allow yourself to let it go.
You know,
Sometimes it can be good to let go.
And just see if this might help you to pause for a moment from all that had happened during this week,
During this day.
And recall again that it's very important that it's not to excuse anything that might have happened this week.
But rather to simply take a pause.
Look around your room and identify something that is very subtle,
But you can be grateful for.
This can be a chair you're sitting on.
This can be this meditation that you are giving towards yourself.
It can be a sensation,
An object,
Something that gives you joy looking at it.
Something that reminds you of the mountains you've climbed and send out a little thank you towards this acknowledgement.
And for the next minute or so,
Keep looking around and try to identify in each object that you are seeing a reason why you could be grateful for it.
And this can be in the smallest scale.
And in a minute I'll meet you back right here.
You frck.
Welcome back.
Let's have now a deep breath together.
And just let go of what you've been grateful for.
Give a little thanks to yourself.
And yay,
You did this practice.
You paused for a little gratefulness.
Have a joyful rest of the day.
My name is Patrick Christopher Eeler.
Thank you for participating.
Well done.
