
Gentle Myofascial Release Yoga - Calming
This Myofascial Release Yoga practice was recorded from a Live event here on Insight Timer in June 2025. We focus on our breath to invite calm, and then we release tension and tightness in various areas of the body, including the Jaw, Neck, Shoulders, and Upper Back, as well as the Calves and Hamstrings. While the photo shows the practitioner on a roller, we'll be using a rolled-up blanket for a similar pose. Always listen to your body and find variations as you need to. Enjoy your Practice!
