I want to offer you some morning affirmations to uplift you and inspire you.
When you practice this meditation and you either simply listen to it or repeat the affirmations out loud,
It will change your state of being.
Positivity will grow inside of you.
Beginning your day with these powerful affirmations sets you up for a day full of untold blessings.
You might choose to do this meditation when you first awaken.
You can do it seated or lying down in your bed.
It's totally up to you.
So let us begin by turning toward the breath.
Notice how it rises and falls quite naturally on its own.
Sweet friend,
Let yourself relax,
Relax,
Receive and enjoy these affirmations.
First,
Feel the beating of your heart and notice that you are alive.
You are alive.
And then,
Either speaking these affirmations or simply listening to them.
