You you Lie comfortably on your back make any movements you need to to feel at ease have your arms slightly out from your body,

Palms facing up and your legs slightly apart make some deep exhalations let go with some sighs relax by letting go with your voice awareness of your right foot left foot right leg left leg your lower back meet back upper back awareness of your abdomen chest whole torso relaxing your right hand left hand right arm left arm neck face head your whole body relaxed body of light feeling the light in your feet legs light in your back abdomen chest arms hands light in your neck face head body of light now become aware of your breath and the movements of your chest feel how your chest rises as you inhale and falls as you exhale the rhythm of the breath and the movements in your chest an airborne flow of the breath and the movements in your chest and become aware of the middle of your chest and the light in your heart your heart like a ball of light receiving light and shining light as you inhale light enters your heart as you exhale light shines out in all directions your body shining like a star a body of light and feel the lightness in your body an upward moving energy a levity a lightness a lifting like strings of light rising up from your body particles of light rising up to the stars let yourself float up rising a lifting an expansion and allow these images to come to you a starry night sky a white dove a golden flame a red rose an apple orchard a bubbling spring a sunrise over the ocean the image of your body of light a radiant body feel the light in your head in your chest abdomen arms legs your heart of light gently landing in your heart of light and become aware of your body and the limits of your skin start listening to the sounds around you gently move your fingers and toes with the next inhalation stretch your arms above your head make any other movements that you need to and come to sit up when you're ready as you go back into your day remember your heart of light is always down you you you

The music is lovely and the guided meditation is as well, but I wouldn't call it yoga nidra.
