Welcome to Day 7, my friend. Today, we start with a six-count breathing practice in combination with a pause for three counts. We continue with the self-reflective question “What am I?“ The Sanskrit mantra is “Shivohum.” It translates as "I am all that is and that which is not". Choose what serves You best today. We close with the intention: “I am present with the Awareness that I am.” Amazing job! Thank you for sharing your meditation journey with me. Love and light to your precious.

Welcome my friend.

It's day seven of seven days of meditation under seven minutes and today we are Some wisdom traditions suggest that the purpose of life is to come back to where you started and looking at it with Fresh new eyes as if for the first time.

Let's see how we can incorporate this idea within our practice today Let's sit comfortably with our spine up straight the body relax and in a comfortable position It flat on the floor homes maybe open or close or make the match one open and the other one close facing down and We will soften the gaze or close the eyes.

We will start with six count breathing,

Which is a little bit longer Count and gives you the opportunity to play with the twisted breath,

Which is deeper breathing whatever serves you today So let's breathe in for nothing and breathe out for nothing and We'll breathe in for six five four three Two one pause three two one and exhale for six five four three two one pause for three two One and inhale for six five four three two one pause three two one next year for six four three two one pause three two one and inhale for six five four three two one Three two one and I feel for six four three two one pause three two one and inhale for six five four three two one pause three two one and exhale for six five four three two one pause three two one and inhale last five four three two one pause three two one and exhale for six five four three two one pause three two one inhale normally through the nose and Inhale normally through the nose Breathe in breathe out We'll continue our meditation with the Breathe question.
