Good morning and welcome to this meditation for a slow nourishing morning to freshen up the start of your day.

This session is for you.
Allow for your eyes to close and sink into your meditation this morning,
Being nowhere else but here with your body.
Do a body scan from head to toe,
Just checking in,
Just noticing where you're at today.
Bring as much awareness and as much length to your breath as you can.
Noticing how air infiltrates the lungs,
Nourishes the cells,
Then is purged from the body.
Follow the oxygen into each branch of the lungs.
Becoming aware of how smooth it all feels.
How fresh this all is.
How easy the breathing process unfolds how your body naturally begins to recalibrate to its original state.
Good.
Take a deep breath in,
Nice and slow,
Opening the body up to receiving all the benefits of new air.
And exhaling into the phrase,
It's a good morning.
Another big breath in,
Gliding air into all the corridors of the mind and body.
And exhaling deeper into the phrase it's a good morning One more big breath in,
Opening up the mind and body to it all.
And big exhale greeting yourself with it's a good morning.
Great work as you settle into your normal breathing.
Notice how each breath continues to create an openness in the body,
Like a vast landscape as it expands more and more within you.
Open up to the folds of the mind,
Like throwing open a window to the fields Let the breeze of this moment melt into every nook and cranny grounding you here.
Feel this relaxation massage into the muscles of the face,
Smoothing the skin,
Beginning to work its way into the forehead,
The temples,
Moving down to coat the eyeballs,
Waves of openness moving down the bridge of the nose and the cheekbones,
Down into the jaw,
The lips,
The teeth,
The tongue,
The back of the neck,
Coating the vocal cords and the major veins here.
Beginning to stretch and mount the muscles of the shoulders moving down the back,
Coating each notch of the spine,
Massaging deep into the chest,
Into the lungs,
Holding the heart,
And down,
Down,
Down into the soft tissues of the organs,
Massaging out the belly,
Easing down the arms,
The wrists,
Pulling into the hands.
And these waves of expanding space and relaxation continue opening up the hips and anchoring you into this peaceful landscape and it unfolds down the thighs.
Massaging into the knees,
The shins,
The ankles,
And the feet.
Every system of the body benefiting from this pure relaxation as it even infuses into the liquids deep within your cells These waves of relaxation continue as they never stop.
Sending pure positivity,
Calm and openness from the crown of your head to the tip of your toes as you plug into this powerful state.
Fully receiving all of its pure benefits I'll state some affirmations you can repeat silently or aloud.
Activating them within you as you so will it.
I step into not just a good mood,
But a blissful state of being.
I'm becoming more aware of the miracles working all around me at each moment.
I am in awe of my body's ability to regulate itself.
I know that things have always worked themselves out.
I'm brave enough to feel completely content in this moment.
I am opening up to life in every sense of the word.
Today is new,
And so am I.
I'm ready for a new relationship with my day today.
