Good morning,

If you've been feeling depleted,

Need a sense of calm,

Can't seem to sort through an issue,

Or just simply need to be poured into,

This session is for you.

As you settle into a comfortable position,

Allow for your eyes to close and offer a thank you to yourself for choosing these moments of mindfulness to nourish your mind and body.

Scan your energy field,

Just noticing where you're at today.

Maybe you can feel where you've been storing the stress in the body.

Where are you feeling tight or heavy?

What areas need to be opened up today?

Take a deep breath in,

Pulling in fresh energy to open up these areas.

On the exhale,

Feel into what you need to release today,

And let your exhale take them.

Again,

Deep breath in,

Pulling in a fresh,

New page to this chapter in your life.

And letting your exhale take away whatever you need to release today.

One last time,

Pulling in fresh energy,

Opening you up,

And exhaling out more of what you need to release today.

Great work.

As your breathing returns to normal,

Focus on the word release.

Maybe you can see the letters projected in your mind's eye,

Or the feeling it inspires within your body.

What resistances have you been encountering lately?

See how this has affected you.

What elements,

If not the entire issue,

Can be released?

Imagine these elements dissolving in thin air,

Releasing them to the ethers.

Before we do deeper work here,

We know that we cannot solve an issue in the energy of the problem.

Start to shift your energy into the word peace,

Opening your mind and body up to the sensations within that have been waiting for you.

With each breath,

Notice how this peace grows,

Encompassing your entire body in a beautiful glow.

Let this feeling transport you to a peaceful memory where time didn't seem to exist,

Where you felt connected to the moment and inherently calm.

Fully step into this memory,

Allowing all those peaceful feelings to wash over you now.

Now reach through time and touch that version of you,

Connecting and sharing the moment.

Send love and gratitude to that version of you,

And receive another flood of peace back.

Wrap this peace in a protective shield,

Protecting your peace.

And just notice how you are free to express and respond from this state of your peace being protected.

Great work!

Now from this energy of peace,

Look back to issues in your life that need releasing.

Notice what you notice.

What words of advice can you give yourself from a place of peace and protecting your peace?

Take a deep breath in to anchor in these answers.

And on the exhale,

Sinking deeper into it.

And lastly,

Shift your energy into the word restore.

What does restoration feel and look like?

How can you bring a sense of restoration to yourself in regards to this issue in a way that continues to protect your peace?

Set an intention with this today,

And take your time with this one.

Anchor in all of these useful answers.

Do a body scan from head to toe,

Noticing how your energy field feels now.

And the world from this place today.
