I'll start by saying thank you.
In a world full of distraction and noise,
It's been a pleasure to bring the collective back to themselves,
And I'm so thankful to have you growing with us.
To show my appreciation,
I've crafted the perfect session for you to steepen one of the highest frequency emotions,
Gratitude.
Let's begin by taking a cleansing breath and allowing for your eyes to close.
As you close your eyes,
Also come away from everything.
Here in this space together,
There is nowhere you need to be,
No one you need to talk to,
And nothing you need to do.
You can just fully enjoy the time you've set aside for yourself,
Knowing that every breath will only cause you to become more and more relaxed.
Do a soft scan of your energy field,
Noticing what you notice.
Take a deep breath in,
Opening up the heart space.
And on the exhale,
Repeating in your mind,
I am thankful for breath.
Another deep breath in,
Opening up the windows of the heart space,
Allowing fresh air in.
And on the exhale,
Repeating in your mind,
I am thankful for breath.
One more time,
Big breath in,
Pulling in all that fresh air,
And exhaling into gratitude with I am thankful for breath.
Good.
As you return your breathing to normal,
Notice how relaxed you have already become.
Maybe you can feel a fuzziness within your body,
A warmth,
Or a sense of comfort.
Take a moment to simply imagine in your mind's eye something simple that has made your life so much easier.
Scan your day to day,
Noticing something that brings efficiency,
Saves you time,
Or gives you peace.
Notice all you notice about this simple thing,
And the rippling effects of how it enriches your life.
When you're ready,
Take a deep breath in,
And on the exhale,
State,
Thank you for making my life easier.
Good.
And now see in your mind's eye something you are grateful to have today that you did not one year ago.
Notice all you notice about this new addition,
And its positive,
Rippling effects on your life.
Take a deep breath in,
And on the exhale,
State,
Thank you for adding to my life.
And now imagine someone you just love having in your life.
Picture their face,
Smell their scent,
Feel their energy and love just wrapping around you.
Maybe some memories you've shared come to the surface,
And take a moment to experience them.
Notice what you notice about this person you love,
And their positive,
Rippling effects on your life.
Take a deep breath in,
And on the exhale,
State,
Thank you for being such a wonderful part of my life.
Notice if there are any other grateful images or messages that would like to surface for you,
Taking time to have a heartfelt engagement with them.
In just a moment,
I'll state some grateful commitments that you can repeat silently or aloud.
As you repeat them,
Notice how they double in their resonance.
Today,
I will function from a state of loving gratitude.
From this state,
I will see the small positive things I have not noticed before.
I will take time to give them thanks,
Which will cause me to notice more.
As I go about my day today,
I start to become aware of the miracles all around me.
As I connect with others,
I see them at a deeper level than I have ever before.
My gratitude spreads rapidly,
Enriching everything around me.
States of gratitude come easily to me,
And I'm grateful for this moment now.
