Hello and welcome.

In this meditation we'll be working our way down into a real restful place.

So as we begin just closing your eyes,

Breathing in and breathing out.

And just feeling yourself slip back.

Every breath out just letting go.

Feeling your bed,

Whatever it is,

Just gently push up against you.

Breathe into that and then breathe out.

Just letting each part of your body be held.

Like it's just spreading itself out in every direction.

Breathing in,

Breathing out and just softening down.

And at the bottom of your feet just imagine that the day's stress,

Anything going on inside.

Just calming down from the top of your head,

Running down your body like honey.

Down your neck,

Through your chest,

Through your stomach,

Past your hips,

Into your thighs,

Past your knees and chest.

Letting it float out,

Drop out of your feet.

Still just breathing in,

Feeling your body rise,

Feeling your body fall as you breathe out.

And just calming to your eyes.

Feeling that kind of buzz,

That activity in your eye that have looked out so hard on the world today.

Just feel that kind of outwardness turn inward.

Like your eyes are just gently kind of shutting down.

Busyness just working back through your eyes,

Through the optic nerve,

Into the middle of your head and like it's going on a little train track.

Just feel it naturally drop down as you breathe out into your chest,

Back into your heart.

Feel as you just let that busyness drop down from your eyes,

Through your head,

Through your neck.

Just feel your heart resting,

Spiraling down,

Coming back into your body.

Feeling that warmth and rest flow and glow out through your chest,

Through your shoulders,

Down your arms and to the tips of your fingers.

Feel that glow from your heart kind of shine up into your head and drop back down again.

Down into your chest,

Down into your stomach and in between your hips,

Down into your thigh,

Past your knees and into your shins and your calves,

Right down to the tips of your toes.

Just breathing it.

Breathing out.

And any kind of chatter,

Anything that's kind of left over,

Just looking for a place to go,

Any noise in the front of your forehead and your mind,

Just imagine that it's coming back down through your head,

Through the stem of your brain,

Down your neck,

Into the rest of your body.

Down through your chest,

Into the area around your belly button and like you're breathing into a brain here,

All the nervous cells that help our organs talk together.

Just breathing,

Breathe out.

Just let that area naturally soothe,

Letting anything go that it needs to,

Down the legs,

Past the knees and breathing in,

Breathing out.

Just feeling that gentle rise and fall like you're floating,

Just gently winding down.

That surrender to rest like your whole being is,

Just stretching out in every direction.

That feeling's just holding you and soothing you.

Just gently breathing in,

Breathing out.

Hearing the sound of your breath,

Feeling your body rise and fall.

Hearing the music in my voice kind of gently just wash over you.

Resting,

Resting,

Resting.

And just feeling that kind of awareness start to wind back from the tips of your toes,

Past your ankle,

Past your knees and your thigh,

Into the bottom of your elbow and feel it drop down.

From your fingertips,

Through your wrists,

Past your elbow,

Into your shoulders,

Just coming home in the middle of your chest and feel it drop down from the top of your head,

Through your face,

Through your neck,

Back down into the middle of your chest and your heart.

And gently feel it just roll back from the bottom of your back,

From your stomach and your core,

Through your chest and your ribs,

Coming out to the middle of your chest and just breathing in you,

Breathing out.

Just letting yourself sink into that feeling like the most luxurious mattress you've ever laid off.

Every cell in your body just going.

.

.

Letting that feeling build without the need to understand or awaken your mind and wrap yourself around it.

Just allow that feeling to wrap itself around you.

Listening to the music rise and fall and just drifting in to the most peaceful of sleeps.

Take care,

Sweet dreams and I'll see you again soon.
