This meditation is done with love and affection to everyone who are in need of some extra reasurrance and strength in these hard times. Before you start, it's ideal to find yourself some nice music to play in the background and give you the best experience of this relaxation.

Hello,
Please close your eyes and relax.
Inhale deeply and push your air in your abdomen area.
As you inhale let the abdomen area get very tense with the air and you feel the tension there.
Hold the breath,
Hold the tension there and let it go.
Exhale.
And hold your breath now.
Inhale again,
Abdomen area.
Push the air very much so.
Strong and build up the pressure there.
Tension and hold.
Hold the air,
Hold the tension and let go.
Exhale.
Hold,
Relaxing position and inhale again and let's build up the tension in your abdomen.
Build up the tightness there and hold.
Hold this and let go.
Exhale and relax.
Hold now and inhale in your tummy area.
Feel the tummy rising up and build the pressure.
Tension and see muscles around you while you inhale.
Hold,
Hold the air,
Hold the tension of the muscles and exhale into relaxation.
Hold.
Inhale now,
Abdomen and tummy area getting tense,
Muscles.
Push more air.
Bring the tension to maximum and hold.
Hold the air,
Hold the tension,
Hold a little bit longer.
Exhale.
So relaxing.
And hold the air.
Inhale again,
Abdomen and tummy.
Push the air inside there.
Build up the pressure,
Build up the muscles,
Getting very tight and hold.
Hold the air,
Hold the tension of your muscles.
A little bit longer.
Exhale into relaxation.
Hold the air.
Hold.
Inhale in your chest area.
Let your chest lift up.
As the chest lifts up,
The muscles around the chest getting tense and tight.
And hold the air,
Hold the tension of the muscles in your chest area.
Hold it.
Exhale into relaxation.
Inhale now in your abdomen,
Tummy and chest.
All these three areas get tense.
Push,
Push so much oxygen.
Tight up your muscles there.
Let it work.
Hold the air.
Hold.
Exhale and relax.
Carry on exhaling.
Empty yourself fully and hold the air.
Inhale again,
Abdomen,
Tummy and the chest.
Tight those muscles.
Hold.
Exhale.
Hold.
While you're holding,
Pull up your muscles in your neck.
Now start inhaling while your neck muscles are tense.
Inhale.
All other parts relax.
Only the neck.
Hold the air.
Hold the tension in your neck.
Exhale and relax your neck.
Hold.
Bring the tension to your neck.
Inhale.
Hold.
Exhale and relax the neck.
Hold and bring the tension to your throat and neck.
Come on.
Hold the tension.
Inhale.
Hold.
Hold for a little longer than usual.
Exhale and relax.
Now all your face muscles,
Tighten them up.
And inhale.
No holding air.
And exhale.
But your face muscles are tight.
Inhale.
Hold the tightness on your face muscles.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
You can breathe normally now.
Bring your awareness to the body.
Shift your body to make yourself more comfortable.
To relax even more.
Carry on breathing normally,
Just a little bit deeper.
From now we are moving into new space.
Lift off.
You are moving upward and upward.
You are looking down at Earth.
She is a beautiful planet.
But you are moving further and further away.
You are moving into total darkness.
No sky.
No stars.
Nothing you see.
It's just a beach.
Black.
No light whatsoever.
Carry on moving with a great speed.
And right ahead of you there is a speck of light.
Move faster and faster towards this light.
You are inside the light kingdom.
It's just bright light.
And everything around you,
Wherever you look,
It's beautiful.
To everyone is different beauty and everyone sees differently.
But everything is bright and beautiful.
The darkness is far behind.
You can feel around lots of friendly beings.
Caring and loving beings.
In this beautiful world there is a table.
Go sit at the table.
In your mind call upon your own angels.
This is them kingdom.
Call your angels and ask them to sit with you.
Please my own angels,
Guardian angels,
Join me at the table.
Please come and join me at my table.
Please come to my calling.
To some of you will come only one angels.
To others might even be three.
You are in protected angelic realms.
You're in wonderful place.
Now it's time to talk to your angels.
I leave you for half a minute for a little chit chat with the angels before we start the big work.

Now it's time to work.
Work about tomorrow and your future.
Right in front of you there is paper.
There is a fountain pen where you can start the writing down.
What you desire tomorrow.
What you desire for yourself for tomorrow.
Not for the world,
Not for anybody else,
But for yourself.
What you desire.
Write it wisely.
You can always ask angel would help you.
Next,
What you want to do tomorrow.
Be smart.
It's not just tomorrow as tomorrow is your future.

Who you want to be tomorrow.

Is different between who and what.

What would you like to surround yourself with tomorrow.

Will you be happy tomorrow?
Simple.
Do you love yourself tomorrow?

As you re-read,
As you corrected your papers,
There are so many copies as there are angels.
Your angels.
Give to each angel the copy.
They will know what they can work on.
And tell everybody to the angels.
I want to be healthy.
I want to be loved.
I want to be like a little happy child.
I want to be content in my life.
One day,
I want to be able to say to others that I live my life the right way with righteousness,
Honesty and love.
Pass this on to your angels and tell them this is the guidelines for tomorrow.
And tomorrow is just today.
Because when you think of tomorrow,
You think now.
There is no tomorrow.
It s just now.
Now and now.
Keep in your mind all these wishes,
All this stuff which will happen to you as long as you really decide strong enough.
Bit forward to the angels and give them your love.
You can hug them too.
Feel the love of angels.
Feel unconditional love which they are giving to you.
And come back to earth.
You are flying through the pitch darkness.
There are some stars happening now.
And there is the earth right in front of you.
You are really,
Really flying fast.
You land on an island,
A small island with a big mountain in the center.
Go to this mountain.
Through the bushes you can hear different birds singing happily.
Some animals make funny noises.
And you carry on walking carelessly,
Happily.
You may sing something.
Carry on walking to this mountain.
Right in the side of the mountain there is an entrance to the big cave.
Go in.
In this entrance,
In this cave,
There are so similar stuff from your past.
There is a lost teddy bear,
Or maybe a doll.
Lost first kiss which some nice boy plays on your lips.
Lost dreams as well.
You enter the cave of your own mind.
Go straight ahead.
We will walk into your past where there is your desires from the past,
Your dreams.
On ezels standing pictures of your dreams.
Go to the first picture.
Look at yourself there.
This like motion picture always moving.
And this your dreams of the childhood.
Look at this dream.
Maybe you want to be prima donna.
Maybe a doctor.
Or somebody else.
When you look at this dream,
Go to the next picture.
And the next picture.
And as you gonna be looking at them,
Think if it's not worth to revive some of your dreams.
I leave you for half a minute to explore your past.
As you explore them,
If there are some dreams which are worth to revive,
Take the picture with you.
Take and hold.
Close your heart.
Go to the next place in the cave.
There are balls of different energies,
Different colours.
There are things which you sweep under the carpet,
Which you don't want to deal with.
Some of them painful incidents,
Some of them just incidents which you might not pay attention to today,
But they are still there.
Bring from your heart power of love.
Being power of love and start handling the most difficult emotional aspects from your past.
Just give them love.
Let them rest and work it through.
Half a minute.
The most important.
Till only.
As you give love and end painful cycles of your past,
Let's move to another place.
A place of happiness.
A joyful place.
You come there and there are shadows of your past.
So many actions.
So many days of being happy.
So many happy incidents.
Just start looking at them.
Revive the happiness from your past.
The first hug from your mother.
The stronghold of your father.
First kiss.
First your own desirable present.
Any,
Any happy moments,
Just look at them.
And find the one which really,
Really made you most happy.
And observe,
Observe.
And feel the feeling.
And you can start walking in those shadows,
Walking through them and experience happiness from the past.
So much happiness.
So much love there.
And let's move to another place.
There is something within you behind the brick walls.
It's not your heart.
No.
It's your security.
Step through the brick walls.
Embrace your security.
Allow the security to be opened up,
To blossom,
To be ready to make you feel happy.
And as you embrace the security,
The brick walls fall apart.
Shadows which were around.
Security.
Shadow of insecurity.
Shadow of fear.
Shadow of anything which does not serve you well.
Disappear because you are glowing with love.
You are love.
You are the most powerful,
Wonderful being and you are perfect.
I love myself.
I deserve the best because I am worthy.
I am beautiful.
I do everything in perfect my own way.
I live life for myself.
I am what I am.
I am perfect to myself.
Time to return to your body.
A live exploration of your mind for later.
You shift quickly.
You're looking at your body as you are lying there.
I will count to three.
When I stop counting,
You will return to us fully rested,
Energized,
Happy and you will remember everything.
Remember,
You are love and you are being loved.
