Protections

Protection against any unwanted entities is a must. We dont want to be drained of energy while we do our work. Therefore, I am sharing with you my own protection which I find the most effective from many others which I've used over the years of my spiritual journey.

Remember, in order for protection to be effective, you need to be grounded and anchored well. You can find my other meditation of grounding. You have to do this at least twice a day, morning and evenings.
