Close your eyes.

Relax the body.

Feel slow relaxation.

Move your toes on your left foot.

Feel the toes as you moving them.

Move the toes with the right foot.

Now your shin.

Tight up your left leg shin.

Tight up the muscle.

Feel it.

Feel how the muscle is contracting.

Do the same with your right leg.

Now gently bend your left leg.

Feel your left knee as you bending,

As you moving.

Bend now your right leg.

Feel the right knee.

Tight up the muscles of your left.

Now tight up the muscle of your right tights now.

Feel it.

Move now gently your hips.

Like up and down,

Forward and back.

And feel the hips.

Tight up your muscles on your tummy.

Feel your tummy.

Tight up and let go.

Squeeze the muscles.

Squeeze.

Feel this.

Relax your chest muscles now.

Now squeeze both wrists.

Both hands squeeze.

Feel it.

Feel the muscles on your forearms.

On your whole arms too.

Feel it.

Feel the muscles on your neck.

Tight up your toes.

Move your jaw left to right.

Feel it.

Squeeze your eyes shut.

You must feel.

Your cheeks.

Tight up your muscles.

Any muscles on your head.

Relax.

Relax the body.

Start breathing slower.

Inhale deeply.

Deep inhale.

More deep.

And hold.

Exhale.

Slowly exhale.

Inhale again.

While you inhaling,

Push the air in your feet.

Feel the air in your feet.

Inhale.

Deeper.

Hold the air.

Feel the air is energizing your feet.

Exhale.

Inhale and push the air in your shins.

Feel the air.

Inhale deeper.

Hold.

Hold more.

Exhale.

Inhale again.

Push the air in your thighs.

Hold air.

Hold your breath.

Exhale.

Now push the air in whole legs.

Slowly inhale.

Deeper.

Deeper and push with your mind the air in your both legs.

Hold.

Hold tight.

Hold the breath.

Exhale.

Push the air in your hips and abdomen.

Feel the air.

Feel how your tummy is expanding with the air.

Hold.

Hold for a little while.

Exhale.

Feel.

Feel the tummy and your chest with the air.

Inhale deeper.

Deeper.

And deeper.

Hold.

Exhale.

Now fill the air in your hips,

Abdomen and the chest all in one.

Fill them in.

Feel how the chest,

Tummy,

Everything expands.

Fills in.

Exhale.

Fill your arms and hands with the air.

Push the air in every finger.

In your forearms and arms.

Push it.

Hold the air now.

Hold.

Exhale.

Push the air in your neck.

Feel the coolness of the air.

Hold.

Exhale.

Feel the air in your head.

Rejuvenate your brain.

Exhale.

And again in your head.

Inhale deeper.

Exhale.

And again inhale.

Exhale.

Now start filling the air to whole body.

From toe to the head.

Slowly.

Very,

Very slowly start filling your body with the air.

Deeper,

More deep.

Even more deep.

Exhale.

Again inhale.

Deeper.

Feel whole body fills up the air.

Deeper.

Exhale.

Again inhale.

Deep,

Deep.

Exhale.

Start breathing faster.

You will feel just now the mind with the air.

Not the brain but the mind.

Breathe faster.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Even faster.

In.

Out.

In.

Out.

In.

Out.

In.

Out.

Push the air in your mind.

Push and breathe even faster.

I want to hear you breathing.

Faster.

Push the air in your mind.

Slowly get light headed.

Push.

Slowly start returning to normal breathing.

Now we will go on the journey.

You lift the body.

Allow yourself to be lifted from the body.

The body is safe.

Nothing will happen to the body.

Lift off the body.

You can feel as you're floating above the body.

You feel no weight.

You're floating higher and higher.

You just see the stars around you.

Beautiful stars,

Colorful.

Some of them reddish,

Pinkish.

Some of them cold.

Just others,

Just white.

Just below you is the earth.

And you're still moving.

Further away you're moving into consciousness.

You're moving into realms where few people could go.

Everything starts getting darker and darker.

All the lights disappear.

You're in a safe place.

You just feel the presence of others.

You feel like being in the big mind with little minds around you.

You can feel the beings of your past.

Beings of every,

Everything which happened in your life.

You feel within you the being of the presence.

And you feel many,

But many beings of the future.

Of every possible way in the future.

Whatever decision you make,

You're changing the possibilities.

All the beings of the future awaits you.

Waiting for your decision.

Now to the one who holds the future of yours.

From the life path as you're walking right now.

Find out what exactly awaits you.

Find out what the future holds you.

I'm leaving you for one minute.
