Grounding

Grounding is a must in our spiritual life. There are many ways to do it, this one is most workable for me personally after using many other ways. It is important to do this at least twice a day, however, if needs do it as many times as you wish. I am sharing this with love with everyone. At first I found the music distracting. But, as I began to focus on each note, I felt the vibrations which then affected the vibrations in my Sacral Chakra.
