Keep Breathing, you are home

This recording is a tribute to the mini-series “Keep Breathing”. I got to enjoy it in the company of my daughter Isis and both of us loved it. A few days later I decided to write this meditation utilizing some of the dialogue from the last episode along with the emotional music at the end. I am dedicating this to her, my daughter who I will always love, and to all of us, for all of us, the sons and daughters of vulnerable beings.

Keep going as long as you have the strength. You have an opportunity. Don't think about it. Just breathe. Continue to breathe. You are home, Protected by the walls. You are protected by the love that you have felt within it. From all the pain that you have felt within it. And I am with you. I remain with you. I accompany you always. I will never. And in some years you won't see me. But if you close your eyes and breathe deeply, You will feel my love. You will feel that I am there. And I will continue to send you all of the strength you will need. So that you can do everything that you want. So that you can be whatever you want in this world, In this life. Imagine yourself in an immense and endless forest. There is nothing around you. Just the trees. Just the earth. The wind. And the water. Build yourself alone in this place a living. Breathing part feet. Drinking it in. You are nothing but a body. You are only your breath. Feeling how the landscape moves through you. Returning to your essence. And while you move through the forest. You are also a part of it. You are a part of everything. Feel the life within your body. In your breath. In your breath, In each and every one of your cells. You are blood. You are bone. You are flesh. You are breath. You are right where you belong. You are home. You are home. You are home. Life is precious. Our ancestors loved nature and even though we should. We do not pay much attention to it. Like answers. We are looking for a wall that is black and white. But the wall doesn't care what we want. The wall existed before we arrived and will continue to exist once we are gone. And if there is an order in all of this, It is invisible to us. Detachment. Nausea. Or violence. I think it's coming. Oh and it comes so fast. I'm hearing whispers of an infinite yes. And I don't know why it's coming. I'm not sure why it's coming. I'm not sure why it's coming. I'm not sure why it's coming.
