A ten 10-minute meditation divided into three stages: First minute is to establish the position and the attention with guitar accompaniment. The next seven minutes are for focus or mindfulness practice with music backgrounds. The final two minutes are for metta with piano accompaniment. Meditación de 10 minutos en tres etapas: 1 minuto de centramiento y establecer la postura con acompañamiento de guitarra. 7 minutos de práctica de focalización o conciencia plena con fondos musicales. 2 minutos finales de metta con acompañamiento de piano.
