After a full day, it’s Super Stretch to the rescue with a sweet dreams meditation. Here’s a lovely kids bedtime ritual that induces a sound sleep. Full tummy, PJ's on, teeth brushed, water and bathroom break done, cuddles and hugs, and now, it’s time for a sweet sleep. We know how sometimes it is hard to fall asleep after a fun day at work. The meditation we are going to do gives you a skillful solution to practice Rest and DreamTime and let go of a busy day. When you sleep well, you calm your busy mind and allow your muscles and bones to build strength and new cells. This helps you to wake up refreshed and full of good, happy, healthy - positive energy so we can go on another adventure.

Welcome.

After a full day,

It's super stretch to the rescue with a sweet dreams meditation.

Here's a lovely kids bedtime ritual that induces a sound sleep.

Full tummy,

PJs on,

Teeth brushed,

Water and bathroom break done,

Cuddles and hugs.

Now it's time for a sleep meditation with the adventures of super stretch.

I'm super stretch.

Even when you don't feel okay.

The meditation we're going to do gives you a skillful solution to practice rest and dream time and let go of a busy day.

We know how sometimes it's really hard to fall asleep after a fun day at work.

We're going to dig into our super kit and tap into our life force.

Let go of stress and anxiety by creating fun tools to see in a new way and find freedom from fear to enjoy life's ever changing adventures.

Come on friends.

Let's join the meditation with the super stretch team to discover how to make Breathe Stretch play a part of every day.

But before we start,

Remember it may be hard at first to teach your body and mind to let go and relax.

It will get easier to stop for a minute.

Pay attention to your breath and feel what is going on inside of you.

We don't need to push anything.

There's always going to be room for improvement and growth.

So take a breath,

Calm your mind and step forward.

The super stretch team wants to invite you to a slumber party.

It's time for bed.

Time to rest.

There's no place to go.

No job to do.

You are just breathing and laying down.

Feel a big smile wash over your face and take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Let's try that again.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Feel how good it feels in bed.

Warm,

Happy.

Swing around in bed and feel just right.

As you start to relax,

How do your legs feel?

Breathe in to your toes.

Feel them warm and glowing.

Inhaling and exhaling.

You start to feel that warm glow all the way up as you breathe into your knees.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Breathe into the middle of your body,

Your tummy.

It's warm,

Relaxed as it rises and falls with every breath you take.

Breathe into your shoulders.

Deeply in through the nose and a strong breath out the mouth.

Feel your shoulders calm and tired.

And feel that tiredness go all the way down your arms as you breathe into them.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Feel your fingers breathing,

Smiling,

Glowing.

Breathe into your neck.

It's relaxed,

Soft,

So calm.

Breathe into the hair on your head.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

It's time for everything to go to sleep.

Snuggle in,

So safe in your bed,

Ready to rest.

Do you feel the warmth of the covers?

Super Stretch is here to tell you that you are safe and love protected in your bed.

Do you feel sleepy?

Are your eyes tired?

Bedtime is a special time to rest,

Let go of the busy day and dream.

Everything in your body is going to sleep.

Do you hear the quiet sounds of the neighborhood?

The quiet sounds of the house?

Do you hear your pet breathing?

Everyone is settling in for the night.

Next thing you know,

You will be waking up with the sunshine in the morning.

Breathe in and breathe out a big huge smile.

Just listen to the music.

Feel the sheets warm,

The heaviness of your toes,

The heaviness of your knees.

Feel the heaviness of your body.

Feel the heaviness in your tummy.

Listen to your heart slowly beating a happy tune.

Everything is having a nice rest.

If you're still up,

That's okay.

Listen Feel the heaviness of your shoulders.

Feel the heaviness of your arms.

Feel the heaviness of your fingers.

Feel the heaviness of your neck.

Feel the heaviness of your head.

Heavy on the bed.

Resting.

Happy.

Feel the heaviness of your nose.

The heaviness of your eyes.

The heaviness of your mouth.

The heaviness of your cheeks.

Everything is resting comfortably.

Listen your teeth.

Everything in your body,

Everything in your mind is having a nice rest and before you know it,

You will be asleep listening to the music.

Soft.

Quiet.

Gentle.

Easy.

And when you sleep well,

You calm your busy mind.

Allow your muscles and your bones to build strength and new cells.

This helps you wake up refreshed and full of good,

Happy,

Healthy,

Positive energy so we can go on another adventure tomorrow.
