Manifest Your Heart's Desires

Hello beautiful soul,

Thank you so much for joining me today in this guided meditation.

I'd invite you to find a nice and comfortable position either sitting up straight or laying down somewhere nice and comfortable and just relax.

When you're nice and comfortable just gently bring your awareness to your breath,

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling out of your mouth.

And with each inhale just feel your chest expand.

With each exhale feel your chest contract.

And I want you to visualize a bright white light emanating from the grand central sun in the middle of the universe.

And just feel and watch that light move down to the galactic sun.

Down past your soul star.

And down to the crown of your head.

And now just visualize an upside down triangle above your head and this white light is cascading slowly and gently like a funnel through your crown chakra.

And down to your third eye to the space between your eyebrows.

What does it feel like for you in this space?

Our third eye is where our intuition resides.

It's our connection to our higher self,

To our inner compass,

Our inner GPS.

It's where our insights flow through and where we get all our beautiful revelations and downloads.

Now just imagine a tiny little gland the size of an almond in your brain just behind the space of your third eye.

This is your pineal gland,

Tiny divine gland that excretes this wonderful liquid,

This fluid that allows us to tap into other places,

Other dimensions,

Other timelines,

Sensations,

Visualizations.

So delicate yet so so powerful.

With each inhale just feel and visualize this fluid being excreted from your pineal gland and observe,

Observe what is coming up for you in this moment.

Perhaps you're feeling a pulsating sensation in the middle of your head or perhaps you're seeing some vivid images,

Some vibrant colors,

Geometry shapes.

Maybe you have some thoughts flowing by.

Just like the clouds in the sky,

Allow these thoughts to come and go.

And just drop into this empty,

Vast,

Infinite space.

And now I invite you to visualize.

A future reality that you wish to create.

What is something that your heart truly and deeply desires?

Get very specific about it.

Where is this space,

This place?

What does it look like?

What are the colors?

What are the sensations that are moving through you as you think of this future?

What emotions are you embodying?

Who would you like to be there with?

What would you like to be doing?

What smells are there?

Maybe it's the smell of the ocean or the smell of a beautiful rainforest.

Or maybe it's the smell of some divine,

Floral candles.

Just get very,

Very specific.

And now once you have that image,

That feeling and that sensation of your future reality,

I want you to capture that.

Capture that and put it into a treasure box.

Bring it back to the space in your mind.

And move it down to your throat chakra.

And from this day forward continue to speak about this beautiful future reality of yours like you already have it.

Like it's already here.

You know,

So often we can get caught up with speaking about our past.

How about transmuting that energy and speak about what is really possible.

Because with every word that we speak,

We emanate a vibration,

A frequency that not only our selves and our higher self recognizes,

We also send that out into the universe so that energy gets attracted back into our lives.

So the more that we can positively give energy to the things that we wish to create,

The future that we wish to live in,

The better chance it will manifest into our reality.

Now bring the treasure box down into your heart space.

To the portal of your soul.

You know,

It's one thing to think about something,

To have a thought,

To visualize,

But to really,

Really feel it within every single cell and fiber of our being.

And feeling that elevated emotion coming from our heart space,

We're really,

Really able to tap into a different dimension,

A different space,

A different time.

And within that space,

With that elevated emotion,

We can manifest anything that we desire.

The secret is you really,

Really have to believe that it is possible.

And to really feel and feed that hope and that wish and that dream as much as you can.

And soon enough,

It will unfold in divine timing.

When you can synchronize the thoughts in your mind and the feeling in your heart,

It creates this enormous energetic bond that gets broadcasted out.

And let me tell you a little secret,

That thing that you have just envisioned,

Your future,

It's already happening.

It's already happened.

It's just in a different timeline right now.

And as humans,

We have this pure awareness and consciousness.

And that consciousness of ours exists in multiple dimensions and time and space.

And we can access all of that in the quantum field,

In the unified field.

You know,

When we dream,

That's what we're essentially doing.

We're tapping into a different dimension.

We're tapping into a different timeline.

So just know that you are a powerful,

Divine,

Conscious being that is able to tap into that timeline and gather that energy into this physical reality so that you can manifest it in this time and space.

It is all accessible.

It is all achievable.

It is all possible.

And you have the capacity to do that,

To create that,

To be anything that you wish to be,

To serve humanity in the best ways that you know how,

With your love,

With your kindness and with your compassion,

With your gifts,

With your superpowers.

And just know that you are always supported.

You are always guided.

You are always loved.

You are love.

Always remember that,

That you are divine,

Cosmic being and soul full of love and light.
