Expanded Consciousness Inner Journey

Welcome to the expanded consciousness journey.

Before you begin this meditation,

Make sure that you're comfortable,

Relaxed,

Either sitting or lying down in such a way that you will not be disturbed during this magical journey into higher states of being.

Just see that your body is comfortable,

Your clothes are comfortable,

And that you are relaxed and alert.

And make a little promise to yourself that during these few precious moments,

You'll choose to be fully focused,

Fully present,

Just for this experience.

There are other things you may attend to later,

But for now,

Your entire focus is here now on this experience at this time,

To go deep into your own consciousness and to expand your consciousness to connect with the ultimate,

With the unlimited.

And so we begin now just by taking some beautiful,

Gentle,

Deep breaths.

And just let the body completely relax.

As you exhale,

Just release and let go,

Release,

Let go.

With each breath,

Just letting go a little bit deeper,

A little bit deeper with each and every breath.

Letting go,

Letting go,

Letting go.

And with each and every breath,

With each and every breath,

Just choose to let go even more and feel as if your whole being is dissolving into peace with each breath,

As if you're breathing in a sense of peace and calm.

And you're breathing out anything else,

Just letting everything dissolve,

Let it all go.

That's it.

Just enjoy letting it all go,

Letting it all go.

Relax.

Let go.

And you may notice a tendency to feel a tingling numbness,

A feeling of total peace flying down from your head,

Your forehead,

Down through your cheeks and your jaw and your neck,

And down the shoulders,

Just everything relaxing,

Letting go,

Dissolving.

Notice this tingling,

Peaceful calmness flowing down your arms,

Your spine,

Feeling your heart open,

Your heart relax and going all the way down your back,

A certain blissful peace and feeling that wave flowing down through the legs,

All the way down into the feet and into the tips of your toes.

Just enjoy that beautiful wave flowing all the way down.

And just feel another wave now,

You may notice a tingling as this next wave flows through you from the top of your head all the way down to the tip of your toe.

And with each and every wave,

Wave after wave,

You begin to dissolve,

The body begins to dissolve,

The person who you've been concerned with,

The person you see in the mirror,

The whole thing begins to dissolve away,

Dissolve,

Dissolve,

And with each in-breath,

You feel yourself expanding,

Expanding into higher states of consciousness as if the edges of your being,

The edges of your body dissolve with each wave and so you become connected,

Deeply connected with the surroundings that you are in,

As if the difference between the body and the air next to the body dissolve and just becomes an experience.

And so just allowing these waves to flow through you now.

And with each wave,

Wave apiece flying down beautifully,

Trickling down from your head all the way to your toes and going beyond,

Expanding,

Expanding,

Expanding,

As if you have gradually become one with your experience,

Opening up more and more and more into the state that you are,

Expanding your consciousness,

Expanding,

Opening,

And just feel into your heart,

Just feel into your heart and open your heart.

You are safe,

You are secure,

You are free,

And just feel your heart and the bliss chemicals throughout the body,

Your heart expands,

The light expands,

The peace in your heart expands,

Like a warm glow,

Glowing,

Shining brightly,

And just feeling that warmth getting stronger and stronger,

Brighter and brighter,

Deeper and deeper.

Stronger and stronger,

Brighter and brighter,

Deeper and deeper.

With each breath,

With each wave,

The edges of your being expand even further,

Just starting with a foot and then three feet,

Five feet,

Ten feet,

And just gradually feel your consciousness enveloping the world around you,

Your sense of being increases,

Your heart is full of peace,

Full of light,

Full of warmth.

With each breath,

With each wave,

You go deeper and deeper,

Everything getting brighter and brighter,

More and more blissful,

And waves of bliss begin flowing through you now.

Beautiful waves of peaceful bliss,

As you naturally expand brighter and brighter,

Deeper and deeper,

Brighter and brighter,

Deeper and deeper into the bliss,

And feeling that expansiveness getting bigger and bigger,

Further and further away,

You are enveloping the whole world.

Just feel your consciousness reaching out into the far reaches of where you live,

Of the place where you are,

Going further and further,

Into the corners,

Into the edges,

As if you're flying,

Flying as a being of consciousness,

Flying and touching,

Connecting with the different parts of your creation,

Of your world,

The different streets,

The clouds,

The people,

The trees,

The mountains,

The sunshine,

The sounds just expanding,

Expanding,

Deeper and deeper,

Brighter and brighter,

As the bliss gets stronger and stronger,

And your consciousness gets further and further away,

Expansive,

Expansive,

With each moment,

With each second,

Increasing your expansive awareness,

Your consciousness is expanding,

Expanding,

Expanding,

Expanding,

Further and further and further and further away,

And the peace in your heart is getting deeper and deeper,

Enveloping all of creation,

And you are the light,

And the light is you,

You are the light,

And the light is you,

Getting deeper and deeper,

Stronger and stronger,

Reaching out further and further like you're flying,

Flying so high,

So free,

So far,

And just flying so high,

You're so free,

Reaching so far away,

As each moment passes,

And your consciousness gets further and further,

Deeper and deeper,

And the light that you are gets brighter and brighter,

Brighter and brighter,

And just tell yourself,

I am the peace that I am,

I am the bliss that I am,

I am the truth that I am,

I am the peace that I am,

I am the bliss that I am,

I am the truth that I am,

And with each moment getting stronger and stronger,

Deeper and deeper,

Brighter and brighter,

And you don't need anything because you've attained everything,

And your consciousness goes beyond the earth as if you become the entire of the universe,

Look at the earth,

You've absorbed the earth within yourself,

Looking down on the earth,

And you've absorbed the earth,

Looking down on the earth from a distance,

Reminding yourself in your own mind,

I am the light that I am,

I am infinite consciousness,

I am expanded awareness,

I am the ocean of infinite peace,

And the ocean of bliss,

And I am the light that I am,

I am the ocean of infinite peace,

And the ocean of bliss,

And allow that light and peace to flow into all of the world,

All of the universe,

You are the creator of your own creation,

And no one else sees the world as you do,

You are a powerful infinite light,

And in a moment which can count from 10 to 0,

And at 0 you will become merged into the light,

You will become the ocean of peace that you are,

Expanded into the ocean of infinite possibilities,

The ocean of infinite peace,

Infinite bliss,

Infinite freedom,

Infinite power,

Infinite love,

We count now from 10,

Expanding,

Baby born,

Baby born.

Feel yourself merging into the peace that you are.

And at four,

Becoming infinite light,

Infinite peace,

Infinite bliss.

And at three,

Letting go,

Letting go,

Opening,

Expanding,

Deepening.

And at two,

You are connected to everything.

Immortal presence,

Immortal peace,

Divine light.

And at one,

Just letting go of whatever is left,

Melting away,

Dissolving now at zero.

Everything is finished.

You are the light.

You are completely free.

A hundred times deeper into the pure consciousness.

And at one,

Merged in the ocean of peace a thousand times deeper.

And at zero,

I am the light that I am.

And at five,

We go ten times deeper.

And at four,

Ten times deeper again into the peace.

And at three,

A hundred times deeper into the bliss.

And now at two,

A hundred times deeper into the pure consciousness.

And at one,

Merged in the ocean of peace a thousand times deeper.

And at zero,

I am the light that I am.

I am safe,

I am secure,

And I am free.

I feel safe,

I am eternally held in the lap of grace.

I am held in the arms of grace.

Eternally,

I am safe,

I am secure,

And I am complete.

Right here,

Right now,

I am safe.

I am secure,

And I am free.

My heart is safe and relaxed because I am secure.

I am safe and I am free.

Eternally,

I am safe.

I am secure as the light that I am.

I am free.

What I am will never change.

And I can never lose it.

It is with me.

It is who I am forever and ever and ever.

I am safe.

I am secure.

And I am free.

It feels so wonderful to relax,

Release any anxiety,

Let it all go,

And be safe right here,

Right now.

Totally safe,

Deep,

Deep,

Deep sense of security and complete freedom.

Letting it all go because I am totally safe.

I am secure.

And I am free.

Right here and right now.

As my solar plexus becomes relaxed,

Letting go,

Allowing that sense of safety to fill your whole being,

Especially your solar plexus area.

You feel secure,

Relaxed,

Held in the arms of grace,

Held in the light of the One.

Peace.

So I now expand my awareness,

Expanding,

Relaxing,

Becoming.

And I now prepare to return to my experience of the world,

To my experience of the world,

And I pull together all sides of the world,

All sides of the world,

All elements of my creation,

Of my experience.

Everything is contained within consciousness,

Everything is contained within consciousness.

And I pull these things,

The entire of creation,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Getting closer to the body,

And just bring the entire of the universe,

The world of light,

The world of peace,

All down into myself,

The soul,

The light.

And I witness my creation,

The wonder of my creation,

The wonder of my creation.

And I am happy,

I am content,

And I am free,

Knowing that the entire of my experience of this world is recorded within me.

I am eternally safe,

I am eternally secure,

And I am free.

And the reason I am here in this world,

With this body,

With this experience,

Is simply to enjoy and to share my inspiration,

My gifts,

With the world in this wonderful stage.

I am choosing to have a wonderful life,

A magical life,

Knowing that I am always safe,

I am always loved,

I love myself,

I love my world,

And I am here simply to bestow love,

Peace,

Joy onto the world in various creative,

Entertaining,

And wonderful ways.

Life is good,

I am good,

The world is good,

And each day gets better and better and more enjoyable,

Because I am the infinite light that I am.

And I am creating this world through my thoughts,

My words,

My actions,

My attitude.

I am powerful,

I am wonderful,

And I am free.
