Wat je zal leren
This is not a course with more techniques to ‘overcome’ not feeling good enough or worthy. This course aims to end the need for more self-help or self-improvement. Here some of the topics we will cover: • How feeling not good enough begins • The role of the brain in self-esteem and feeling insecure • Conditioning and other influences of our self-esteem • How our own thinking is the ‘real’ and only issue • Why looking outside of ourselves for security never works • How to deal with what other people think of you and people pleasing • How all the confidence doesn’t have to be built or strengthened • How we already have all the self-esteem we could ever need This is a short course but my wish for you is that it starts you on the journey to a very real and long-lasting transformation of you feel about yourself, and what you believe you can achieve. So that you can experience a life of feeling good about yourself, sure of your choices and comfortable in your own skin.

Self-Evaluation And What Other People Think Of Us
In this lesson we cover how self-evaluation causes us much unnecessary suffering and feelings of doubt. We also look at the role of the brain in our sense of worth, and looking outside of ourselves for security and feeling good enough. Lastly we look at how to navigate what other people think of us.

Who We Really Are And How Confidence And Self-Esteem Is Built Into Us
In this lesson we explore how the part we are trying to ‘fix’ or improve isn’t who we really are. And that confidence, esteem and worth are part of the human design, not a personality trait.

This is a wonderfully succinct description of this typical human process. The metaphors of the cup, cork, and backseat driver are really helpful. Thank you! Do you have another course or meditation to practice not taking our thoughts so seriously?

This course is a golden nugget. Perfect summary of the easiest way to ‘ see ‘ - or figure it all out for serial self improvement seekers. The answer being we don’t need to work or seek so hard. Thank you !

I don’t usually write reviews - but this course is absolutely life-changing. I’ve been to therapy, I’ve meditated for years, I’ve read self-help books, etc etc - and *nothing* I’ve listened to has been as impactful as this course.

Lindsey provides a space, self enquiry and information that is accessible and in a small amount of time to cover what could be a huge subject. Cut the waffle of other courses and do this one - very insightful and practical application.

I’ve been exploring my enoughness in recent times as I’m exhausted from 25 years of personal growth and improvement. So. Much. Lifetime. spent navel gazing and inner focused on self. You’re right, the more I self evaluate, the more I find that needs to be evaluated. It will never end this ‘onion layer peeling. Your teachings reinforced a lot...
