Enjoyed this course a lot. I read Shauna's book, Good Morning I Love You years ago and this course reminded me of the many useful and important "nuggets" I had forgotten about. Will return to this course again in the future.

Weird praise, but thank you for mentioning the genital area in the body scan. It always felt like such a glaring and silly omission, and like if we are trying to experience embodiment it seems pretty counterintuitive to also be embarrassed about parts of the body.
